Hello friends, I am wondering what is happening now. Has anyone of you received any message from visajourney giving them an estimated date for their ead and ap approval date? 

 

My message from visajourney estimated date for approval is June 10. But my immigration timeline estimated dates for EAD and AP approval are all May 22 to June 3.

Can someone explain what is happening?

So, yeah, I got the same emails tonight.  My dates, per the emails I received today, all point to the first week of July.  Not sure what to think of those dates, but if that's the case, I suppose that will do.  I'd like them earlier...but definitely not later...

Don't think about those projections. All we got is "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview". As i said, USCIS is midway through December, if you look here

Even some January filers are starting to creep in too. They gonna finish up with "Novemberers", and pick up January, which is us! November, December, January is the least busy time of the year for USCIS. Least amount of applications, so we're on a good track! Give it a couple of weeks and you'll see "card is being produced" popping up here. Hang on tight.

Some of us who got RFE are stuck at "response to RFE request has been received by USCIS " I hope things move faster for us.

I'm sure it's in local office already. 
I started to see a trend of people getting EAD/AP approvals around 80-100 days mark. So that's a really good sign. Especially with your NOA date.. I saw a couple between 1/1 and 1/10. Give it a couple of weeks, i'm sure you're close. 
You had RFE for EAD or AoS?

Rfe was for AOS. And my NOA1 is January 15. Well, there is nothing I can do than to wait and wish for a faster processing for us. So I get myself distracted by working in my garden.

So your EAD/AP isn't impacted. It should be processed soon. 
Good choice, i'm gonna learn to play a new song over the week. Any suggestions? Classic rock, 90's rock, 2000's rock.. Anything, im out of ideas.

Hi, guys! Last March 29, I check USCIS Tracker and got the “New Card is Being Produced” update for the EAD, but it remains as “Case was received” for the AP. 

 

Has anyone experienced this too? Also, how long do you think it will take before the card arrives in the mail? Does the state matter?

AP never updates. As long as the card is being produced then both the EAD/AP should be on the card. I read some people receive the card within 10 days. When do you submit your application?

I had my biometrics January 22/19

when i check the uscis site it only states that they received the application from December.

I filed everything..ead, 1 130 and the other one.. paid in full..am I doing something wrong?

You are not doing anything wrong. It has been a weird updates for this part of the process. Some people got updates and some did not.  My application was sitting on Fingerprint Fee Received seemed like for the longest time until it change last Monday. The EAD/AP still shows Case Received.  Not sure why some people got updates and some did not. Just wait until either an RFE comes in or your case changes to Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview.

I just checked my status.. this is what it said

We received your case

You do not need to do anything at this time

We will let you know if we need anything else from you as we continue to review your case.

Current as of today at 7:41 p.m.

Hopefully i will hear something soon..

Ha good choice! how did i forget that gem?! Though the chorus was "ripped off" by Nirvana, Teen Spirit.. If you listen closely.. I think Cobain even played that once before playing Smells Like Teen Spirit lol.

Congratz. AP and EAD are tied together, so i think they tend to update EAD more than AP. I mentioned couple hours before your post that we should start seeing people from January receiving notifications about EAD, and there you go! You'll get a combo EAD/AP card in a week or so. Glad for You two, can finally start living!
