I came with K1 visa and now I am out of status. My K1 visa expired last year November 24. I did my best and submitted my application on December 31,2018. But I hope they work on these applications fast. I don't even know if they are done reviewing my fingerprints Because of the RFE I had. It doesn't show on my status history.

Did you file I-130 with your AOS package?

Not sure if this is helpful, but I ended up calling USCIS because my online account hasn't changed since I submitted AOS/EAD/AP, and I already had my biometrics back in late January. And one of my case numbers was invalid when I checked it's status via automated phone system lol!

She told me that they don't always update things online or their automated system and that different offices are behind on updating these systems.

So nothing is for sure when it comes to the new site or old site, and it's best to wait for hard copies! 🤞

Good to hear.  Have you heard anything regarding your EAD/AP (if applied for)?   That's what I'm hoping comes sooner-than-later.  I'm mostly concerned about the EAD/AP for now, considering how long it's taking for the full GC.

Oh I must follow your time. My NOA1 is January 15 and RFE is January 28. So probably I might hear something as well about my gc being ready to be schedule for interview.

Applied for EAD/AP and nothing for either of those two yet. I am with you - were in no rush for the GC - just want the AP for piece of mind in case she needs to go home for an emergecy.  We would also like to do some international travel but are hands are tied until we get AP.

The new site is when you can create an account with USCIS.  The website is

https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

You just register on the website and add your cases.

Sometimes it provides updates that the public one does not.

On the site, have my letter and my case .. where is the PIN they ask for?I see nothing on my letter.

Hi,

Anyone here from Massachusetts?

Now that I gave the NOA for green card is there anyway that I can apply for a Driver’s license or Massachusetts state ID?

I have the same question.   Tried to get wifey applied for a permit and they denied it saying K-1 visa had expired .. well, no Sh*t Sherlock I wanted to say to the RMV .. then she was muttering something about "well there's no B-&*#&*@#^" .. I think she was hunting for a confirmed Biometric filed but wasn't sure.

1 week later our BIO date is scheduled ..... wondering if I should retry post-successful BIO filing.

Posted this somewhere else, but going to repost here.  Anyone with any legit/factual feedback???  TYIA...

So, in my case, as the person BEING sponsored, I am clearly the high-income earner (although, $65K-75K for the last several years on a TN certainly doesn't make me "high income", but higher than my wife - the sponsor).  I wonder how they will be treating our case.  We haven't heard anything regarding the income issues.  I actually work in US Government, and have been employed (under TN authorization) in my field for many years, earning about the same (remember, this is Government!) for the various entities I have been employed with (Local, Municipal, County, etc).  My wife, the sponsor, does not have a very high income at all, but clearly my income is substantially higher than hers.

Wonder how that will play out?

When you create the account, there is a two step notification process with the new system.  After creating the account they will either send an email or text with a pin number to input. The pin number is different every time you login.

False .. I'm nt talking about the two step registration code that drop s to your cell.  I'm talking about a pin they request when you try to register a case to your profile.  They specifically mention a PIN on your approval letter.

You have got me on this one. I am not sure what website that is unless it is the infopass website.  I think somebody who has been on here for longer than me may have to answer this question. I would also like to know what the register case is since I only received my receipt number from USCIS an added them to the myaccunt website.
