In my case only this new site updates, you have to register a new user though

Old says fingerprint fee received, new one still says case received.. So guess no updates for me lol

Sorry bro. Let us wait patiently. How do we count the processing days? And how many days since uscis received your application?

still "Fingerprint Fee has been received" for AOS, for other two "Your application has been received"

My I485 says RFE response received and EAD/AP says case was received. Hmm... Waiting is frustrating. Good luck to you all

Hi, I am sorry about the  RFE. At least you are not alone because I also got RFE. I received NOA1 on January 15,rfe January 28,bio February 5,rfe RFE received by NBC February 12. Now all I can do is to wait and wish for a miracle approval. So let us wait calmly. Wishing you luck.

Thank you I hope it is resolved soon....and no more RFEs

It appears that some people are receiving updates and others are not.  Both the old and new site says the same thing for me that my Fingerprint fee is Received and the I-765 & I-131 says Case is Received. Bio-metrics were done on February 11th. Just waiting on the mail now for any type of notification. :D:D

Wow.... I guess you will soon hear a good news. My application was received on December 31,2018.had RFE on January 28, 2019 and NBC received my response on February 12, so I am waiting to hear something. Biometrics on February 5,2019.I don't know if RFE will reset my clock. Some says yes and others says no. Other says they mostly make a decision with 6weeks from receiving RFE. So I look forward to hear something soon, possibly

Waiting but I'm kind of frustrated. Difficult living on single income.

Yeah.... I do feel that. I have been in the States since August and got married in September. But we all need to do something to support family. Two income are better than one.  Let me know when you get approved for ead

I’m still here...just following along and reading everyone’s responses. The wait is agonizing, but there really isn’t anything we can do, right?!

Anyway...nothing new from my process.  Last I heard was that my Fingerprint Review was completed (updated on the NEW site).

I’ve been in the US on a TN now for many years, and have always had to be the sole income earner (even when previously married - but she was Canadian on a TD, so....).  My biggest issue now is relocating soon-enough with an EAD/AP in time for my (US-born) daughter to start her Senior year at a specialized High School.  That’s by August of THIS year.....

Gonna shatter the positive.. I think 95% of us won't hear anything from now until ~late june-july.. Just forget about them and keep yourself busy.

Yeah, i mean we signed up for this.. Local authorities should do something about extended AP/EAD times, especially for K-1's as we fulfilled our requirements.. A letter stating that we are legally here and our cases are estimated to be approved etc, something we could show atleast to DMV's to get drivers' licence, if not working. Because now.. We're screwed lol

You should be good, maybe they'll catch up a bit as winter months are usually aren't as busy and there not as much applications, petitions coming in. Hopefully that'll shave off a couple weeks or so..

I came with K1 visa and now I am out of status. My K1 visa expired last year November 24. I did my best and submitted my application on December 31,2018. But I hope they work on these applications fast. I don't even know if they are done reviewing my fingerprints Because of the RFE I had. It doesn't show on my status history.
