Hmm...... I am just hoping to hear that a good decision has been made after submitting my RFE response. And just I check my account I have notice that at least USCIS says they have received my fingerprint fee. 

So I hope I might hear something good. Fingers🖐️ cross🤞

Hi everyone..just an update..almost 2 months now and still no bio appointment. Our office is in newark nj and 2 weeks ago we did call to follow up and they just said an appointment hasnt been scheduled yet. THIS IS INSANE. 

I-129F Submitted: 16 January 2018 | NOA1 Received: 26 January 2018 | NOA2 Received: 02 August 2018 | NVC Received: 16 August 2018 | Consulate Received: 07  SEP 2018 | Medical: 24 SEP 2018 | Interview: 28 SEP 2018 | VISA in Hand: 23 OCT 2018 | POE: 10 NOV 2018 :joy:

Call and ask for Tier 2. Tell them that you haven't gotten the BIOMETRICS appointment. If you just said appointment, maybe he understood it as "interview appointment".
I'm Newark NJ too, already had my Bio.

Agree with Paul.  Taking too long for you to get your bio.  I would definitely call and approach with calm! :)  I hope to goodness sake it wasn't actually scheduled - and you missed it because you didn't get the notice.

 

Try to remain calm...I can COMPLETELY understand your frustrations and hope that you get this sorted out real quick!  Please come back and let us know how your conversation went.

when we called we did say the bio metrics appointment and we got the letter in the mail saying that they looked into the case that no  appointment has been set up for bio. But definitely will call again keep you guys posted.

Hiii Everyone,

We sent my husband’s AOS packet off on Jan 24th

case recieved: Jan 28th

Biometrics: Feb 19th

Case is ready to schedule interview: Feb 27th

No interview has been scheduled yet

My state is Rhode Island and I am wondering if someone has already went though this process here.

Unfortunately we have an RFE :( You can see my post about it if you are interested in the reason and questions I have. My husband got his biometrics on February 11th. No word on his EAD. 

 

-Waiting like everybody else have no clue what service center will be working on the EAD or AOS.

Look at your case number, most likely it starts with MSC? if so, national benefits center.

Hi😃

 

I received a mail yesterday saying 

 

We are still reviewing your case and there are no update at this time,

we last took action on your case on February 27, 2019. 

 

Anyone else who have gotten that mail or experiences with it? And might know if there is a deeper explanation to it or is it just whatever. Thank you😃

Hi, I am sorry about the  RFE. At least you are not alone because I also got RFE. I received NOA1 on January 15,rfe January 28,bio February 5,rfe RFE received by NBC February 12. Now all I can do is to wait and wish for a miracle approval. So let us wait calmly. Wishing you luck.

still "Fingerprint Fee has been received" for AOS, for other two "Your application has been received"
