Hi! You're right with your suggestion - the answer is "no" 😄 (your husband is USC; there is no need for him to apply with you (it's the logic behind the answer)).

I think it's better to re-check everything 1000 times than find a mistake later when the package is sent 😊

Thank you!! Also another question, slightly off topic but it’s in my AOS packet. You may be able to help...for my I-131 it asks you to tick your application type. I have selected ‘I am applying for advance parole document to allow me to return to the United States after temporary foreign travel’ is this correct? And is it correct you have to attach a piece of paper describing how you qualify for an advanced parole document and what circumstances warrant it, even though I have already wrote down on another question why I want to leave the US and when it will be?

Just got back from biometrics. Fairly quick. 20mins n out. Asked whats up with early interviews, they said no idea but it recently happened occasionally. They said they know nothing past that, but that people get quick interviews lately. So hang on tight

Wow.... It seems your bio has been delayed or is it within the normal time frame? What is your receipt date?

Good morning,

- Your answer is correct (1.d, part 2; form 131);

- Yes, you can add additional page with explanation (I haven’t done that, just wrote short explanation/ answer part 4).

Strange thing has happened to my status(new site)

On Feb 25th it changed to "Fingerprint review was completed" and then for some reason I got another notification on Feb 27th with the same status

Not it shows:

"Fingerprint review was completed" Feb 27

"Fingerprint review was completed" Feb 25

"Fingerprint fee was received" Feb 2

What is the new site? But most importantly your fingerprints review is completed.

The new site is when you can create an account with USCIS.  The website is

https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

You just register on the website and add your cases.

Sometimes it provides updates that the public one does not.

How long does it take them to update the status from biometrics? Our still says "fee was received"

It is a strange thing. Some people get the update that the fingerprint review has been complete and others do not. I am in the group that did not get an update that my fingerprint review is complete. We had to call USCIS and asked if they had received it back.  Ours was received back at USCIS in two days after the appointment. I think the best thing is to call USCIS to check to see if they have received the fingerprints back.
