You just have to wait to hear from USCIS. It shall be well. Let stay strong during this waiting time.

Ugh... its so difficult, but you're right...we need to be strong and patient! 🤞

It seems nothing is of the ordinary when it comes to USCIS

Yes you are right. And it is a good thing if you don't get RFE. I had RFE and it has been 2 weeks now since I responded. So for me now I am just waiting.

Did you try calling USCIS to see if they've received and processed your biometrics?

The status should be "Fingerprint review was completed"

We called USCIS and they did receive our fringerprints two days after our appointment. So at least we know they have it but status remains the same

Hello I am new here. January 2019 AOS filer.

Jan.17 sent AOS package

Jan.19 arrived at chicago lockbox

Jan.28 AOS received

Jan.30 NOA 1 (receipt for I485 & I765)

Feb.2 NOA 2 (biometrics appointment)

Feb. 13 Biometrics done

Feb. 27 NOA 3 (interview schedule)

March 27 Interview date

I am kinda nervous and wont expect too much from this because I have read lots of reviews that the process really takes too loooooong. And i just pray that the interview goes well. I am curious if what happens after interview, if how long would uscis send a notice of approval or if they would as well tell you after the interview that they have approved my AOS and how long till I receive the green card??

For others, dont lose hope. Lets continue to pray for this. It is so depressing because of the processing times but we can do this 🙏😭

I’m going to be a March AOS filer from Maine 🙂 but was just wondering if anyone could help me with something. On the form I-485 Q10. It asks if your current spouse is applying with you? And a yes or no box. I presume it’s a no as I am filing for the green card myself but just thought it was an odd question as we are both obviously in it together. I’m massively overthinking every question and would just  like some confirmation! Thanksssss

Just got back from biometrics. Fairly quick. 20mins n out. Asked whats up with early interviews, they said no idea but it recently happened occasionally. They said they know nothing past that, but that people get quick interviews lately. So hang on tight

Hi! You're right with your suggestion - the answer is "no" 😄 (your husband is USC; there is no need for him to apply with you (it's the logic behind the answer)).

I think it's better to re-check everything 1000 times than find a mistake later when the package is sent 😊
