Use Visajourney “processing times” estimates. Or USCIS website. What not to understand?

You might got to the wrong thread. Mostly here adjusting status from K1 visa after they enter the country.  I'm not familiar with CR1. But what I heard you don't need to adjust status once you're in the US and will receive Green Card and SSN within weeks

The threads in this forum might be more helpful to your situation: https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/134-ir-1-cr-1-spouse-visa-case-filing-and-progress-reports/

If your case is already at NVC, you should take a look at the NVC thread that matches the month your I-130 was approved. The information on the NVC website also provides information on the steps after the case leaves USCIS: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/after-petition-approved/begin-nat-visa-center.html

I don't know why it took me so long to find this thread! Sometimes I have trouble navigating this website...

Anyway! We submitted AOS and EAD applications on 1/4, and got confirmation texts from USCIS on 1/8. We finally got a NOA1 for the AOS, but still haven't seen anything in the mail regarding the EAD. Is this normal? Are we going to need that NOA1 down the line for anything???

Husband got his biometrics letter on 1/25 and had his appt on 2/11. Our status changed to "Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview" on 2/12. Does that actually mean anything? Or do they mean "ready" as in, wait another 10 months.

Also, no updates to the EAD status since biometrics. It's still "Case Was Received"

Basically, I'm hurrying up and waiting, but I'm nervous about not getting anything in the mail or online updates about the EAD. Anyone in the same boat?

What happens after biometric appointment? We just wait for the interview? Are we going to receive anything on mail or text or we are going just to wait long time again?

Tks all

It is a waiting game again.  You will get a notice in the mail for when they will schedule your interview.  You can sign up for updates from USCIS but sometimes that doesn't work.  Also Case Tracker on the tablet or smartphones can keep track of your cases and should update once the status change occurs.  Case Tracker works for both Apple and Google systems.

Good luck the rest of the way
