In anticipation of our NOA2 and NVC I am prepping all of the documents I need to send to my fiancé. What is the fastest way to send these to her in Manila so she has them in time for her interview?

Thanks!

Manila doesn't require updated letters of intent,  Manila typically does not ask for an i134 so I would send a scanned
