Congratulations. Anyone else would be probably be in Texas, or Nebraska. Your family will be here enjoying being together while we still wait for USCIS unfortunately.

My  husband 130 approval came  April 12. Called nvc today they got my husband case april 22.

You are both very lucky with Potomac service center which is processing at 3-5mths (they won't admit it but clearly you can see the results). Those stuck at Nebraska are seeing approvals 9-12mths at best...few outlying cases faster with expedite. Enjoy the next steps!!

Don't know if anyone has seen this yet, USCIS Responds to Letter from 86 House Members Regarding Case Processing Delays

Someone posted it on the facebook I-130 page, just found it interesting.

The Letter should have just said Trump! I'm not someone that bashes any President but you can picture darn well, he said slow the f___ down and approve less apps.

I got my husband case number today from nvc. Well tonight at 836est time. We paid fees same tinlme.

That's great news. We received expedite approved from 04/30 and just received email from NVC (two minutes ago) that it has not yet arrived. I'll call them back in a few days to check again...seems to take a few weeks just in transit until it shows up in their system. I'm ready to go with the documentation and to get the process started!!!

Hi, yes we got our case creation email from NVC last night. We paid fees last night, we are now waiting for the tab to open up for us to upload the financial documents.

We didn't get an RFE, we submitted our I130 Jan 10, Approval came in the mail April 15 and NVC received our case on April 22. We did not request an expedite.
