Wow Congratulations 👏👏🎉🎉 I’m happy that they grant your request. What is your SC?

by the way, How many months after you received your noa1 before you request it to expedite? We requested to expedite our case medical reason but we haven’t heard from them😢

Oh sorry. TSC

I requested it just recently April 3, so 4 months. But they responded quickly, just after 5 days. It it's been longer then that I would call or submit another request

I would request it now,  It shouldn't take that long and I didn't request it by Senator.

I called on April 3rd to USCIS, the rep will ask you under which category you would like to request the expedite. I didnt give her any details other than I wanted to request it for Medical.

April 5th- just two days after I recieved an email from TSC to send evidence of my medical situation. I had already had the paperwork ready so I responded to the email the same day.

April 5th- received an auto reply that they recieved the evidence and will review

April 12th- I recieved another email stating the request was granted and I should have a response withing 30 days.

April 17th- I recieved an email that an action was taken on my case, I checked the website and it said approved.

If you're asking who/what they mean they're taking about requesting support through the United States Senator which represents them and the constituents in their state. They are an elected official and have the ability to support their people with services and navigating government agencies. You can search online to find them and for example "Who is my Senator in Orange County California?" They will have a website with services listed and always a phone number and email where you can reach their staff.

I had the idea that it was a Senator (person), I didn't know that this was possible; I thought that it was some service, company or third party. Thank you very much.

Very welcome. It's a crazy concept, only because most countries don't provide that level of government access, and one of the liberties that we receive as citizens of this country. I never realized it (and disagree with much of our current state) until I see how corrupt business and politics are in my husband's "developing" country. I think my husband is shocked how vocal I am sometimes fighting for my rights!! 🤦‍♀️
