We might appeal because the I-130A says we don't need the signature if it's on our I-130.  It's a gamble though since an appeal takes time...

Could that be a reason to expedite the case the second time though? Technically, forgetting a signature is the person's fault, but if you prove it says you don't need the signature if its on the I-130, could that be done as USCIS mistake? Sorry to hear about that though.

Thanks for your sympathy!  Meeting with a lawyer today to discuss our options, which may include seeking expedition due to USCIS error.

We filed I-130 in January 2019. Yesterday I received a notification that "my Case Transferred And New Office Has Jurisdiction". Does this mean the clock starts again for the processing time? The case number starts with WAC but I do not know where the case was transferred to yet.

The letter came and it said it was transferred to Nebraska.

Received an RFE in the mail yesterday. They are asking me to fill out the beneficiary's address but it didn't fit so I put it on the additional page and referenced the item number etc. I filled it out this time and slightly modified the address so it fits. I'll be sending the response tomorrow with a tracking number.

January 15, 2019, still waiting.  Seeing cases past ours being approved now.  In fact I have found 7 other January 15 cases that have not been approved.  I hope January 15 didn't get lost.

It’s not lost. There are a lot of cases from other January dates still waiting to be approved too. Hard to stay patient
