Congratulations. All the best for the oath ceremony. 🙌  I hope I get the similar IO for my N-400 interview on July 15th.

Thank you and best of luck for you.

We had our Oath Ceremony yesterday in Alexandria, VA capping a long journey -- six month I-130 Alien Petition process, followed by another six month process with the NVC in Vermont, then a 409 day I-751 approval process.  The N-400 process was relatively quick; applied in January, had interview on 15 June, followed by oath on 9 July.

The N-445, Notice of Naturalization Oath Ceremony notice had us reporting at 8:30 a.m.  We arrived at 7:45 and there were already hundreds in line ahead of us.  300 people were sworn in.  We were told another 300 would have another oath ceremony in the afternoon.

8:30 - 10:00 am for registration.  10:00 - 10:45 am for the actual oath ceremony.  11:00 to deal with any corrections to the Certificates of Naturalization.  The local county election officials were on hand to register new citizens to vote.  Guidance given on a number of subjects, e.g., notifying the Social Security Administration, passport applications, etc.

Wishing everyone a speedy interview and oath ceremony.

Hi!

I went to my Oath Ceremony today. It went well. There were 112 new citizens from 21 countries. It took about an hour. It was a nice experience for me and everyone. I am glad my journey is over. I filed on January 25,2019. I had my interview on June 10,2019. On July 10,2019 my oath took place in Albuquerque NM.

Good luck to those who are still waiting.

Your journey will be over, be patience. 😊

Do share your experience. Good luck!

I had my interview yesterday. I answered all the 6 civics questions and passed the english reading/writing test. Everything went nicely and the officer handed the letter with tick marking the pass for english & civic test but he ticked the "decision cannot be made". I didn't check that till I came back to my car. 😭. I see my status changed to "you have attended the interview" but still no approval.

Please help if any of you had similar experience. I really worried now 😢

Since you pass the tests, all I could think is that the decision may have to go through a senior supervisor. Did the officer say anything about the application or asked for any evidence?

Dropping in to say how happy I am to see those who are blessed to be done with immigrations. Send us some of your luck! We're probably still a year out from being done  :help:unless a miracle happens but I can't help but wonder: what will I obsess about when I don't have to think about immigrations anymore? My cats and kid don't count because I'm already obsessed with them. All my phone pictures are either of my kid or my cats hehe

I've been so bored at work I actually compiled a list of common noxious weeds of the northern plains. Now when I pull weeds from my yard I know what name to curse. Darn you, lambsquarters! How dare you, wild buckwheat! Death to you, purslane!
