Same here, still waiting 75 days passed. Last action taken was March 22 saying actively reviewing the case. I know a lot from March filers and they already got their interview schedule. BUT I also know that every case is different. 

Hoping will get ours soon.

I answer it all smoothly then he said lets do the N400, he said he need to ask again about my personal info then he started asking those no n yes question after that he said im not going to ask you bout the nazi government coz you werent born yet that time then he ask for bank statement i gave him 2018 to 2019 bank statement n it was like almost an inch thick lol n he said just keep it 😂😂😂 then he said lets do the test are you ready? I said absolutely yes he laugh... i thought hes going to send my husband out but he didnt so he started by showing me a tablet he said read out loud with a question what country is in the north of united states? Then he clear the tablet n theres 4 lines n ask me to write canada is at the north of united states.. then he clear the tablet n ask me whose the first president of united states, what did abraham lincold did, whose your representative... thats it then he said congratulations you passed the test n show me a piece of paper that he still need to submit for approval then he said wait for 2 weeks for the oath ceremony notice then he show us the exit.. our interview last around 20 to 30mins

I'm in the same boat I applied on January 15th, and still waiting. Do you have I-751 pending or not?

My I-751 was approved last Nov 2018. I received my 10yr GC December 2018. I then applied N400 online January 30. Bio was Feb 22.

Thanks, Chaera, I should have done the same instant of applying for N-400 while my I-751 still pending.  This waiting drives me crazy.

We got notification this morning that the oath ceremony is on 19 June.

Here was the timeline.

That is what I thought before, that it would be easier if I already have my 10yr GC before applying N400. But with the wait time I am dealing right now 😔, I think it wont matter if you have a pending I-751 or not. 

 

Good luck to us. I felt like we have been waiting forever. I can't wait to be done with all these.

Hello Family..

 

I have my interview yesterday,  and it well because it was fast, I pass the civics question and the English, when the IO ask me question about my N-400, everything was good, she asked me how many childrens do I have I reply 2, 1 biological child and an step child. she proceed to ask me if my child support was mandatory or voluntary, which I reply voluntary ( I have a letter from my daughter's mom saying that I have been paying my daughter's child support up to date even though my daughter is 18 and is college now), she saw the letter, it was a simple letter.  She proceed with the "have you EVER" questions, until this point i had pass around 8-10 minutes.  and then she says  that I pass the civics and English test, but that I will received a letter on the mail with a guideline of how my EX have to make the letter, and  do the letter ans send it back to her and once she gets the letter she will approved my case...

 

Any advise on how to do the letter?

  • (73 days) 04-21-14 ----- As per USCIS Email EAD was Mailed today Tracking number ETA 4/23 As per USPS.com
  • (76 days) 04-24-14 ----- EAD arrived a day later than the USPS estimate, I went to SSA to apply
  • (83 Days) 05-01-14 ----- SSC Arrived AND THE NUMBER IS 123-45-6789 ....... :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:
  • (95 Days) 05-13-14 ----- I485 interview date sent for June 16, 2014
  • (134 DAYS) 05-16-14 ------ INTERVIEW DAY........ OUTCOME IO SAY THEY WILL MAKE A DECISION IN THE NEXT 30 DAYS
  • (143 DAYS)06-25-14 ------ - E-MAIL & TXT RECEIVED FROM USCIS STATUS CHANGE FOR CARD/DOCUMENT PRODUCTION THANK GOD....!!!!!!
  • (145 DAYS)06-27-14 ----- GC ARRIVED TODAY IN THE MAIL........

Hi. I would strongly recommend you to check the N400 processing time per your location.  I went to Indonesia for a month in August 2018 knowing that USCIS was still processing the applications from 6 months ago.  Though I find it not very accurate but at least it is something.  Check out: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/.
