Had my interview today! I got there 30 minutes before my appointment. My appointment was at 10:30 I was out of there before 11. The officer flew through the questions. Got the first 6 right and he just moved on. I had to read a phrase and then write the answer, signed a couple of things and was out of there. He said my oath should be mid may.

Congrats !!!!!

What to bring to the interview?  It seems like there is no consensus since everybody has different case.

In my case, I applied for naturalization after fully riding my gc to the final year (10 years) and have been married for 14 years, and I am bringing in:

1. my current and old passports.

2. wife's naturalization cert.

3. kids' birth cert.

4. taxes last 3 years transcripts.

5. GC

6. marriage cert.

7. wife's and kids' passports.

Do I still need to bring in pictures and all?  What else do I need?

Also, my interview is scheduled at 8am, is it normal to be scheduled that early knowing that the USCIS office won't open until 8am?

Thanks!

Do they ask you to fill the application again or just some of it?  And do they ask you about the passport?

He didn't ask me to show him anything. He asked me if the last time I had left the country was two years ago and that was it. I didn't have to fill anything out, he just asked me some of the questions in the application like if I've ever claimed to be an american citizen or if I had ever registered to vote and stuff like that.

I had all of my passports and taxes and divorce papers and everything and he didn't ask to see anything at all.
