hello,

i am filling out i_134 form and i have the following questions:

My annual income is above 120% the poverty line. Do i still need to enter the checking/savings, value of my personal property and value of stocks and bonds? I also own and rent real estate. Do i need to enter that information as well?

Also, there is some confusion about where to send a filled out affidavit form? Do i send the signed e-copy to my fiance? Would the original be required at the interview? Thanks

120% or 125%?  If you are above the threshold with income you can stop.

No confusion as to where to send the document.  The visa applicant brings to the interview.

While theoretically the I-134 should not need an "original" signature, many consulates don't seem to have gotten the "memo" and still want it.  Best if you ask in the Canada regional for things specific to Montreal

YMMV

I included all the information. Suffice to say I’m over qualified to be a sponsor.

As as a result, the embassy didn’t ask for an employment letter, or an inch thick pile of financials including the full tax return. I printed it all anyway.  Many trees died.

At rhe interview, the embassy only asked for the i-134 and not the w2 and 1040 it asked for in the email.

While still in Myanmar, I spent a hour burning a two inch pile of financial documents in a clay pot.  Sorry global warming.
