Hi guys! We're filing the packet tomorrow... We just have a question about the MoneyGram money order we prepared for the filing fee. USCIS website says we indicate the form being filed on the money order. But it doesn't have a 'memo' space for that.

Where do we write "I-129F"?

Anywhere that there is a blank space that it will fit.

Thanks! (Sorry for the delayed reaction there. Heh!)

STILL waiting for the NOA1 over two weeks later! I did file the G-1145, but nothing so far. (I know we're still in the window, but it really is agonizing waiting for a response!)

If this is agonizing you best check in with your psychologist as it's going to be a long wait and you'll need your meds. :jest: you are looking at 9-12 months to standing in front of the CO at the consulate for your interview.

Oh, I get that. What's frustrating right now is having sent the form off to absolute silence. At least once the NOA1 comes in we'll have some definitive confirmation that it's at least in process.

As of now, the best I can say is that the USPS delivered it.

Hope everyone is doing fine. I mailed our package off on 1/9, arrived at the box on 1/11, they picked it up on 1/14 and I received a text on 1/18 saying the case was received. The check was cashed on 1/18 as well. I guess at this point I am almost a month into this. We are meeting up next month and again for Easter. I know the process will be long but it's worth it!

You all will be fine seems that people filing their applications now are getting their approvals  earlier now so look foward to that. Me I'm 260 days in and still waiting.

Sometimes it takes a bit to receive your NOA1, but getting your NOA1 is alot easier than your NOA2. I suspect you'll have your confirmation in the next couple of days. Don't sweat it.

And that's 99.99999999999999999% supports that they have it. Money collected is money in the bank. Please understand that I've see relationships crumble going through this. But there are ways that keep you in touch with each other.

There was another couple recently that decided that they weren't going get on the bandwagon of worrying about every little thing. They would control what they could see and wait for any communication. They were so calm and in love. They spent their energy on their relationship. My wife and I did the same thing. Just let it flow.

The instructions say to write or type N/A if it doesn't not apply, or to write none if a question is asking for a numerical answer but does not apply to you. To be safe just write NA or none on questions that dont apply.

Well I'm a bit confused... I read here that the NOA 1 is the date they received the package ( this date is also given in USCIS case status online) or the date given in the confirmation that is sent through mail. Any help?
