She will do her Interview in Kuwait Embassy.  Yeah I know its 5 to 7 months  currently at CSC and we are at 4 months 5 days. It just seems weird that people are getting NOA2's that filled in march. :(

She should change the flag in your profile, because that is what we will use to answer your questions and most questions coming up will be based your embassy. If she was in the PI interviewing she would have to complete CFO that will allow her to leave the Philippines but there isn't another embassy that requires that.

With her living in Kuwait and having lived in the Philippines there are some additional steps I am sure they are taking. Every person and every case is different. No one can with a certainty tell you when or why something involving your case causes to move forward or to sit for any given time period. There have been others with 500+ or 300+ days waiting and they claim their record is squeaky clean.

Just have to have more patience.

Changed it to Kuwait, We just assumed you would want her country nationality.

Hey everyone... I'm so frustrated... and a little bit worried. We got a rfe on April 25 and sent it back on April 30. USCIS received it on May 6 and since then nothing... except 3 emails "We are still reviewing your case and there are no update at this time. We will notify you when your case status changes. We last took action on your case on May 15, 2019"...

Should I be confident?... or does it mean something wrong with our case?

Nothing is wrong. You are going through a normal process for RFE's. They normally take 2-6 weeks to finish the adjudication of your case. You're coming up on one month so I venture to say that it will start moving in the next two weeks. Your mileage may vary.

Was a January filer.  Filed on 2 JAN.  Received NOA2 on 12 APR.  Case ID # assigned by NVC on 1 May.  Case sent to Ho Chi Minh City Consulate on 15 May.  Fiance received K Instruction and packet letter on 24 May.  Interview scheduled for 17 JUN.  So far going much more quickly then I was expecting.

Here's one hack I discovered for seeing where the NVC was at in processing K1 Visas for my country.  I was assigned a Case ID # where it was HMCYYYXXX.  HMC is the country code.  YYY is the Julian date (look it up on google) plus 500.  XXX is what case that day your case was assigned an ID #.  So for a made up example, say my Case ID # is HMC622001.  This means that my case was assigned an ID # on 2 May and it was the first case assigned an ID #.  Is, if you go to the NVC website where you can check the status of your case, you can enter random case ID #s from earlier dates until you find the date where they start saying in transit.  So I could enter HMC610001 (processed 12 days prior to my hypothetical case ID #) and see it was sent yet.  This gives you an idea at least of how long before they get around to your case.

BTW the embassy specific instructions is referred to as the Packet 3 instructions or for short the P3. I see you call it K and K3.

This is the first time I'm actually worried, because from the beginning I knew that this process would be long. We filed the I-129f in January and they received our petition February 2nd and also cashed our payment. Then May 9 USCIS sendt out a RFE and we received it on May 16 and again sendt it back on May 21.

I've checked the page every other day but still no update that they have received the RFE. How long did it take for you guys here that got a RFE before they got the papers. It's now two weeks since we sendt in the additional information.

Usually 2-4 weeks before you begin to see any activity. BTW simple RFE's are turned around pretty fast and a NOA2 would be forthcoming. Your almost there. Just a little more patience.

Thank you, I was getting nervous since they didn't get it yet. Saw people who got a notice that USCIS received it after a week. Can't wait for this process to be over, it's been a long rinde already.

Submitted my i-129f back in January to USCIS for my Brazilian fiancee, and it'll be 5 months tomorrow that I received the NOA1...still nothing...anyone know how accurate the processing times are on the USCIS website (5.5-7.5 months for the California Service Center)?

Probably a lot. Those are estimates, and not always accurate. Also they generally are 'longest time estimates', even on VJ the timelines here are a very small percentage of total petitions being processed. Right now seems you're still within USCIS's time frame so.

08/15/2014 : Met Online

06/30/2016 : I-129F Packet Sent

11/08/2016 : Interview - APPROVED!

11/23/2016 : POE - Dallas, Texas

From sending of I-129F petiton to POE - 146 days.

02/03/2017 - Married

02/24/2017 - AOS packet sent

06/01/2017 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received in mail

12/06/2017 - I-485 Approved

12/14/2017 - Green Card Received in mail - No Interview
