I feel you. My timeline says end of May and if it would happen by then it would be perfectly fine cause it's still way, way faster than what I expected but then you see those 90 day approvals and I'm like: f* you timeline, I want to be one of them  😂😂😂

Lol You and me both! My timeline says end of May also. I look at that case tracker app every 10 mins😖😖😖😂.. my nerves are bad! Lol

I’ve signed up for email notifications and I haven’t received anything like that. Should I send another form?

Register at the USCIS website and enter your case number. That will do the trick.

I've signed up for these too but never got one so far. Same for others here on VJ. I remember at least one person who started to receive those notes after approval... so I don't care about it anymore. Doesnt help anyway if you get notes telling you that nothing happened

This is the 3rd e-mail I have gotten from them. I get 1 a month. So maybe I will be one of the lucky ones to get e-mail notification of our approval when we get it. I’m not sure why most people don’t get the e-mail. I filed through Rapid Visa. I don’t know if that has anything to do with it or not as to why I am one of the few to get e-mails.

It has nothing to do with Rapid Visa. I have been getting those emails ever since I created an account at the new USCIS website

Everything on my BC in the US is correct. My Fiancé in the Philippines is also correct. Her daughter is a K2 filing with us. She is currently working on getting her BC fixed. It showed her and her ex married when they had her but they never were. She has to go back to the court in a few weeks for the final hearing and then she should be issued a new BC by the PSA. and then she can get her daughters passport after that. But as far as the K2 I don't believe that has any affect on my petition as the US petitioner. Tell me if I am wrong but I believe that is true. I think it just takes filers from the Philippines longer to get approved. Maybe because its the country with the highest amount of petitions?

You don't have a petition you have an application using the form I-129f. You are still waiting for the approval. PSA is for beneficiary's in the Philippines. And yes, mom's and daughters BC need to be correct and from your explanation you are working on that now. Great!  Approval is not on one set of circumstances like "she is from the Philippines" so it's taking longer. The person, their history (background) and their country all are taken into account for the visa approval. One country isn't faster then another.

My opinion is that it sounds like you are on this like white on rice. :jest:

Nope! You get emails because you registered and you are now on the "mailing list" for any action on your case.

Yes! I have been doing research day and night on everything I can think of for about the last 6 months!

Use these tips to find out when you may get approvals and other STUFF.

Greenbaum's Tips: If you select your flag in your profile from the left column you'll land on your country's profile page. Here there are many tools from which you can select that will answer many of your questions.

Select Consulate information to get an idea of what is required for your Embassy interview.

Select Consulate Reviews to learn about the experiences of others who had their interview at your Embassy.

Select Visa Timelines to follow others from your country who also are applying. A good way to establish a "buddy system" to help with questions.

Select K-1 Timelines when you scroll down about 50% of the page and on the left side, you will see this option. This will show you the progress of 12 other timelines that are close to you from your country. If you scroll down a little further you will see a "spreadsheet" showing valuable information. Select to follow those 12 and get updates whenever their files are updated. Gives you a good idea where you are in comparison to others.

Select Immigration Timelines at the top from the blue ribbon that stretches across the page. Here you can follow, much like the K-1 timeline tip I gave above but now you are looking at those from other countries that are close to your timeline.

I’ve created an account on the new website, and signed up for email notifications but I haven’t received any. I’ve checked my spam folders too

We have not determined yet why some get emails and others do not. Right now it is hit or miss. Have you reviewed the different ways to get email from the first page of any thread that has NOA2-NVC in it's title?
