Wow, our estimate has moved up by 6 weeks! Currently estimated for adjudication between May 21-27!

I'll actually be IN Ecuador visiting Adriana May 23-27, so if the trend of quick January approvals continues, we may be on the next step when we see each other again! That's really exciting!

Complete the I-134 and get the other financials to bring with you and leave with her. Here is what you will need.

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT. You should be able to demonstrate that you will not become a public charge or be a burden on the U.S. taxpayers for financial support. A completed I-134 Affidavit of Support Form (https://www.uscis.gov/i-134) K1/K2 Interview Preparation Instructions – English (February 2014)  Page 3 of 9 with an original signature will be useful to the consular officer to evaluate your petitioner’s ability to be financially responsible for you. You should also submit your petitioner’s most recent U.S. Federal income tax return (Form 1040) and wage statements (Form W-2). Employment letters stating salaries and bank statements may be included to substantiate the I-134. Get the IRS transcript in place of the actual 1040 here: https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript Use this link to determine the income levels needed https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p.

That's great advice! Thanks! Taking care of that in person is a good idea, since the timeline seems to be lining up so well.

Got approval in the mail today!!!

Noa1: 01/04/19

Noa2: 04/06/19

I did not receive any txt or email and the websites still say case received.

supper excited!! Way sooner than I expected. God is good ❤️ Good luck to everyone still waiting on approval!

Great news. Congratulations.

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks
