Hello everyone. Was browsing around online and happened upon this forum. Seems like a great resource and I'd love to join the community. NOA1 states that our packet was received on January 18th. I'll be patiently waiting alongside all of you.

Welcome!

@emekus94 Yes, I was put on AP after my interview at the embassy manila. I just sent them my passport earlier today and hopefully, i'll hear something from them soon and would gladly share it here.

I just updated my timeline and just put in information based on the docs received during the process. I'm not familiar with the rest of the questions. Thank u

Yes- you have certainly been in the process for too long!
This forum is for those starting the process like you did back in 2017 so they might not been able to better help you. That's why having a timeline can help so others in similar situations can help.

I think a passport is always a good sign. Wishing you the best!

Awehh, so nice to see someone from Bulgaria~ I'm originally from Bulgaria myself, but born and rised in Austria. I wish you best of luck on the K1 journey! ❤️

Noa1 hard copy received today y’all. Seen quite a bit of September filers approval. Processing time changed to July on USCIS website today. Still a long way but I guess a little bit of movement helps .

Hi guys, how will I know if they transfer our case to different office? Is that information on NOA1 or somewhere else?

It’ll be outside on the envelope. Mine was sent from Califonia service center with case number started with WAC. California is the only service center who processes K-1 as of right now. Hope it helps.

I-129f applications are received in Texas, scanned and then sent to the California office for adjudication. No files have been transferred in any quantity and we don't see that happening for the near term. Individual case sometimes are transferred and the applicant is always notified of this action.

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

I noticed that the flag for Vietnam is not displaying in your profile but I have notice others who are processing their visa in Vietnam have a flag. Could you have made a mistake when you were updating or creating your account? If you follow the red text instructions above you may want to look into that for the same reasons I gave toosweetaggie. Thanks.

Thanks

I actually have done my profile like five times from my phone and every time I finish it says 0% completed. So I gave up. If it’s something that has to be done on my computer, if I remember, I’ll do it then. Thanks tho.

The phone is impossible to do anything other then read and respond to posts. I hope you can get around to it as it helps us to help you.
