Hey @AlexandraNoel did you receive you NOA1, yet? I think we sent ours on the same day. This is like so exciting to hurry up and wait LOL

Also, please let me know when you get yours. That’s when I’ll know I’ll be getting mine around the same time! Lol

Hello everyone. I've been looking at this and other forums for a while now. I just submitted my package recently, and got a text receipt from USCIS on Jan 25 saying that they received the paperwork. They already also took the $ from my account. So it means the process has started. I havent checked the physical mail (I'm bad at that lol) but I will check soon to see if there's anything from USCIS in there. I'm excited and ready for this to happen. I honestly dont know how I feel about the whole process, it feels lenghty and I just hope it goes by sooner than later. I also work for the feds, and I was wondering if there's any special thing that I could do to speed it up like talk to my boss in the gov or something.

You working for the feds means absolutely nothing... they won't speed up the process because of who you work for. You gotta wait... just like the rest of us 🙂

We don’t want to take a risk of getting a RFE. So we submitted as much evidences as we could.

Same here! I like to think in my mind that we submitted everything from the passport photos, chat logs, emails, wedding preparations with caterers and banquet facilities, signed letter of intent, divorce papers, hotel receipts, plane tickets, upcoming plane tickets, etc... whewwww... so much.. I just hope they look at the packet and know it has everything they need.

True. My fiancée and I don’t text chat that much. We do mostly phone calls and video excepted for texting when we’re at work. But you know sometimes just when we thought we gave everything and it’s only from our side. We never know what else can they ask for...when’s your NO1 anyway? Don’t mind me asking?

Hey! We do a lot of video calling daily.. like millions of times a day. I swear it's hilarious as we have seen literally all parts of each other's day from video calls! His coworkers even know me but I have met them in person already.

I got notification of NOA1 on 1/18 but in the mail it was dated for 1/17. My fiancee's name was spelled wrong and I contacted them immediately and it was fixed in less than one hour!

Just remember  that even though you have submitted your petition you still must gather your documentation of your relationship from the time  after you file up to the interview.

USCIS is like a box of chocolates, you never know what kind of answer you are going to get!!!!

Hi guys, I would like to ask is it okay that on page 7 part 2 item 45a to 46, Address in the US where your benificiary intends to live will be changed into different state? My fianceé (American Citizen) is a Navy and they will change their port on March from Virginia to San Diego, would there be any problem? The one we've used on our I129F is his Virginia address. TIA 🤗

You can use any address that he can receive mail from and there will not be a problem.
