Petitioner yes, beneficiaries they don't care. Email and address must be current  to receive their correspondence.

Hooray! NOA2! 82 days. Got the text and email as me and my Fiance were saying bye on video chat. Couldn't believe it.   Congratulations to all that have been approved before us and I'm sure

My fiance changed his address on our case number last February, it will be on his biological mom's address, but recently he changed his USPS mailing address into his dad. Would there be any problem on USCIS on sending the hard copy of NOA2? Would it be to his mom or to his dad? TIA :)

With a document so important as your NOA2 coming to you I'd want to make sure there was no doubt no mix up that it would get to me at the correct address. USCIS is going to send the NOA2 to the last address they have on file. It's up to you to make sure that address is valid.

Thanks for answering my question. He's in deployment right now. He used his mom's address for our noa2 for some confidential matter. Hopefully it will be sent to his mom 😅

Checked the mail today and to my surprise I had a letter from USCIS... We were approved!! I was shocked as the letter arrived much earlier than expected!

 

NOA 1: 01/02/19

NOA 2: 04/08/19

 

Nice to have this out of the way, now on to the next phase. Good luck to all, it seems they're moving quite fast at the moment!

Checked the USCIS website today and our case was approved! 😍 omg! I was not expecting it to be this fast! 

noa1- january 22,2019

noa2- April 11, 2019 

approved within 79days from noa1 

 Good luck to all! Hoping to see more January filers these coming days!

Case was approved today!!!

 

NOA1: January 25

NOA2: April 15

 

I decided to check the case tracker app and couldn't believe it.

Was not expecting it to be this fast!

My NOA1 was on 1/30! Hope I’m not too far behind! So happy for EVERYONE! Congrats!!

Wow January is on fire that's great and congrats to all the approvals and this is just Monday!!!!! This should be a good week for January filers!!!!! If you've been approved head on over to the April NOA2 to NVC thread for your next steps.
