Not Always, you should get a message on CEAC stating you are DOCUMENTARILY QUALITFIED as well as an email stating the same thing with the next steps towards interview.

We submitted our documents on Dec 26. For the AOS Package, I submitted Tax returns for 2017, 2016, and 2015. My income for those years doesn't qualify me for being the sole sponsor. So, as a proof for current (2018) income I submitted a letter from my employer and 3 recent payslips.

I just received the W2 for 2018 today. Should I upload the W2 and resubmit the AOS? Is it going to cause additional delay in reviewing my documents?

Thanks to anyone responding.

W2 should definitely help as proof of income. Also, if you can file your taxes early for 2018 which adds to the proof and include tax return along with w2.
