Your 8 week mark is around the 19th of March but if nvc sticks to this pace they are currently at, you'll get it on the 13th.

Ah can you predict mine too! Nvc received my case Jan 9 from Potomac ! Thanks 😁

Please don't quote me on these dates.  At least let a few weeks past and I'll see the pattern then I'll be in a better position to assist.  But for now, hang on to 02/28.

Hey did your payment clear already? We’re you able to start the DS-260 already ?

It cleared yesterday so looks like it took 2-3 business days.

I got the DS-260 pretty much complete.

Can you or someone confirm that the I-864 can also be submitted online as well?

I’m still waiting for it to clear, so I’m not too sure. But  everything is to be submitted online. You can fill it out on the computer and upload it on CEAC once done.

Yes you can submit it online. I am also waiting for approval of mine. I printed mine and signed it, then scanned and uploaded. Just make sure to bring that same original to the interview.

Do we have to print it , and sign it in order to submit it ? Isn’t there any E-sign option to avoid having to print it ?

How you guys submitting foriegn language birth certificate,i had submitted the certified /notarized copy of english translation of my wife original foreign language birth certificate but these idiots rejected it and asked to submit original birth certificate, how the hell they even gonna understand the foreign language version. Any ideas how you guys have submitted in such case.Did you submitted the Original foreign language birth certificate?

you have to scann 2 certificate in same document, they ask for the original + the translation,

we used camscaner (application for scan) , you can scan the first  document recto & Verso and ad the translated document .

You have to sign the I-864 in black ink. There’s an e-sign for the DS-260.
