If I remember correctly, you are not even given the option to fill the DS-260 or upload documents until AFTER you pay the fees AND the status changes to PAID

2018-11-26  ●  NVC: AOS and IV Fees SUBMITTED (9:30am PST)
2018-11-27  ●  NVC: AOS and IV Fees RECEIVED (5:00am PST)
2018-11-28  ●  NVC: AOS and IV Fees PAID (1:30pm PST)
2018-11-29  ●  NVC: DS-260 COMPLETED SUBMITTED
2018-11-30  ●  NVC: Affidavit of Support and Civil Documents SUBMITTED

We submitted W2's and 1040EZ forms for past 3 years, past 6 months pay-stubs, and letter from employer. We did not submit tax transcripts. All of our documents were accepted, and our embassy interview date is scheduled for next Monday Feb 4.

Where did u upload the w2 and employer letter?

we submitted everything btw dec 23 &  27, and resubmitted AOS on Jan 10 no movement yet (they asked my husband to resubmit AOS bcz he didnt scan the last page bcz it was blank, so they asked him to scann all pages , he did on jan 10 but no feedback yet.

an other delay of 3 weeks bcz of a Blank Page.

That's insane. Requesting for the last page even though it was blank:/ Anyway, saw that you got your CC today so congrats:) I am guessing it'll take another few days depending on your embassy to get the interview date.

We had to resubmit the AOS on 1/9/2019.  It wasn't dated.  We got a case complete on 1/22/2019.  If that helps you.

Thanks Cam and Thomas! Interesting to see that your resubmission was on 1/9 and case completion was 1/22 but Loubalam resubmission was 1/10 and case didn't get complete until yesterday. Thought it was due to different processing times between service centers but both of you are at Potomac. Let's see how long Texas service center would take for us - our resubmission was 1/15

I received mine this afternoon, tommorow will be exactly 8 weeks from received date. So it took 7 weeks + 6 days from received date

That's wonderful.  Glad to know they are working. So your receipt date was the 4th ? Just trying to keep track of my timeline

Yes December 4, 2018. I recommend you DONT WAIT FOR THE EMAIL and call. I was issued it since Friday but didn’t receive email until today. The agent on the phone told me sometimes the system takes up to a week from when they assign case number to send out the email. So try calling and ask instead of waiting for the email

Even more awesome.  I will call wed. as I projected before. I thought they were falling behind because I heard ntn from anyone between fri and monday.  So by  then they should be issuing id # for those files received on the 7th . Remember that I told u initially that u were going to get it by Friday? I wasn't so wrong after all.

I think if you want to use the last 3 years of W2s you have to send W2s with 1040s together.  Otherwise, you can send the transcripts.

Thanks.

Does this meet the requirement? “ return transcript”?
