The NVC received our case on the 3rd Dec 18, we are coming up on 8 weeks waiting on Monday. I phoned the NVC today, choosing option 2 and asked for my case number. I got through after hour and the operator said your case is being electronically processed and she was unable to provide a case number. She stated I need to chose option 5 and she transferred my call, after waiting in another phone queue, I got through to operator who said I would receive a welcome pack by either post or email but he did not provide a case number. Has anyone struggled in obtaining their case number?

Please keep me posted if you do receive anything tonight or tommorow morning ?

Ok thanks. When I rang NVC and chose option 2, I got the same message as member OET mentioned earlier. This case is processed electronically and she couldn’t help me, then transferred me to option 5. They just said it can take up to 8 weeks and sometimes it can take longer than 8 weeks as they have such a backlog.  Just hope I get it sooner too. I’ll keep you posted. Good luck!

Hi there,

Yes! We printed the form and filled it out (don’t forget to sign and date it), then scan and save it as PDF file (size has to be under 2mb), then finally to upload to CEAC site. That’s it. You got it right :)

Hi ! can i upload the ds260 first or i need to upload the aos same time?

Did anybody upload a passport style photo on seac? If so how many and how did you make it the correct size?

I just put the passport as jpg in word, side by side and converted it to a pdf file and that was accepted. It doesn't need to be the size on the upload just the passport photo has to be the standard size in physical copy
