Once it says it is PAID which is about 2-3 bus days after you pay, all of forms are available to you right away to upload or fill out.

Make sure to always double check before you submit, like some mistakes are not signing or dating the document. Please go over them several times to make sure all documents are correct and complete. Upload documents horizontal, so right side up.

Sometimes it's unavoidable, I have another case which is CC right now but I had uploaded tax return and they still required a W-2 afterwards which is not neccarsily a rejection but additional proof they wanted.

Hi! What are the exact list that u uploaded on nvc? We're waiting for the fees to process and preparing what we need to send.

Hey guys, I have a question regarding I-874 and I-874A forms:

-Our joint sponsor (petitioner's stepfather) files taxes separately from her wife (petitioner's mother), but they are married. Is she supposed to be added as a household? Is she required to file an I-864A?

-About the household size in the joint sponsor's I-864, would it be 3? 1-Joint Sponsor 1-Wife 1-Beneficiary?

-And the household size in the petitioner's I-864? 1-Petitioner 1-Beneficiary, total=2?

Thank you!

My case is IR2 so it is slightly different from IR1 because IR1 tends to have to send additional documents than IR2 but i submitted as follows;

Beneficiary

AOS i864 (Required)+ Joint Sponsor if needed

Birth Certificate (Required)

Police Report/Certificate (Required)

IV Application (Required)

Photographs (Required) (I used passport photos, for spouse, I've heard people put their marriage photographs)

Passport Biographic Page (Required)

Petitioner

Proof of US Citizenship (Required)

Tax Transcript (Required)

W-2 (Not required however they may request it)

3 most Recent Pay Stubs (New Job; not required however I did it anyways because of a new job and wanted to proof income is different)

For marriage based Visa, additional documents may be;

Marriage Certificate (Required)

Additional Proof of relationship (Highly Recommeneded; such as photographs of the marriage unless it is K1, I've seen people get dented for uploading marriage photographs with a K1 visa.)

Hope this was helpful, I am not an expert but I would always double check information as well.

Great info! Did you split the affidavit of support into 2 files to avoid exceeding the max file size?

The AOS must be in one file, I used a compressor I found online and it lowered the quality however they still accepted it.

However, I've also found that when I use a specific scanner the file is smaller than others scanners.

Thanks Josie125. Do you know exactly what dpi was used as the NVC recommends 150?
