Happy Suprise! I just received a call from my husband that NVC sent us an email, also a message on CEAC. Case Complete!! It took 6 days for electronic processing review. Yes, now we can be sure NVC is definitely working :)

Now waiting for the interview letter :)

I submitted my documents to NVC yesterday, but I just realized that they didn’t ask for any civil documents. In the box for civil documents, it said N/A. Has anyone experienced this?

3/1/2021 - I-751 Filed

3/29/2021 - NOA Received

7/29/2021 - Biometrics

12/16/2021 - Case ready to be scheduled for interview

That is strange, so what type of documents they wanted you to upload, only the affidavit? What type of visa did you apply for , I130 for spouse ?

They only asked for the AOS and DS-260 IV form. I’m applying for the CR1 spousal visa

Never mind, I figured it out! It said N/A because I hadn't yet submitted the IV application. Now that I've submitted it, it says "start now". Thank you!

Hi there,

Yes! We printed the form and filled it out (don’t forget to sign and date it), then scan and save it as PDF file (size has to be under 2mb), then finally to upload to CEAC site. That’s it. You got it right :)

Is there an option where we can fill in these forms online and submit it rather than having to print it, fill it in and then scan it ?
