Hi all,

We are Electronic Processing Only case, and we submitted all documents online on January 11th. From everyone’s comments and experiences, it looks like it would take nvc 2-3 weeks to review documents??

Does the current government shutdown affect the processing time? Thanks in advance!

Government shutdown doesn’t affect NVC. Took 14 days to review my documents. Received a RFE re-submitted a document again on the 7th still waiting. Another 14 days I guess

Thank you so much!! I forgot to mention that we called nvc, and the lady we spoke to said that they are currently shutdown though, and didn’t give any time frame for reviewing. A little worried still...

Well, if you received RFE on January 7th, that means they are working still. Fingers crossed!!

Thanks again and good luck. Held on there x

Only 2 more weeks! And things will move fast from there for you :)

Held on there and maybe get started to prepare for interview ?!?! (also to get our mind out of this annoying wait)

My husband told me the website gives an error message. I wonder if there's something we could not figure out or its just not working.

I just checked is working fine. Try on google “get tax transcripts” maybe it works. Try to make a online account it worked for me
