This is the SAME response my senators office got. You know what I did? Went to my congresswoman and it was approved in less than a week!

Honestly, after our Senators office pretty much gave up on us-I was ready to give up too. But then I contacted the congresswoman’s office and her caseworker supervisor told me that it would be a longshot but she tried it anyway and they approved it.

Just an update.... still in admin processing awaiting an answer in our visa. We had interview in rio Dec 7 and they updated the case on dec 13 and again Jan 4... and nada

My CC is 12/28/2018, its been 3 weeks we didn't receive CR1 interview (Mumbai-India) date from NVC. Anyone has idea how much time they take to inform about interview date.

My CC was Dec 20. Got Interview Date on Jan 8. It took 19 days.

My interview date has been rescheduled one week later by the embassy. I found this strange. No confirmation mail. Just a phone call from the embassy. Has this happened to anyone else?

My cr1 visa interview is also not schedule for mumbai .. by cc is dec/07/2018.... Calling NVC almost everyday since 15 days....But getting the same answer "each and every cases are different..Just wait patiently....You will be scheduled shortly"..... I don't know shortly is how much short... Any one got any interviews scheduled this week.... I.e after 10th... If not we have to wait for a chance for March date scheduled in Feb first week.... Good luck..
