Yup! She refused to having to do it our selves. Due to bad stories she heard and then close friends of ours who waited almost 2 year due to bad paperwork they did themselves so I just gave her what she wanted

True but hasn’t it been taking the California center almost 30+ days to process after an RFE?

Not that I have ever heard of ... usually within a week or two after USCIS receives the RFE documents they finalize the case file.

NOA2 should be arriving by mail from USCIS ... keep that safe as you will need it once your fiancee is in the States.

So just assuming that I get it Monday and send out what they need MONDAY.. and I receive the Noa2 by mid month. What would be your estimate on how long until Poe?

2 -3 months after noa2 for visa.  Poe is whenever you book flights

NOA2 arrival has nothing to do with the process at NVC or the embassy.

Once your case file is at the embassy and CEAC status is READY you can schedule your interview for the earliest possible date if you so choose.   Figuring NVC is taking roughly 30 days before the case file is at the embassy  .

POE .. if no issues with the medical, and CFO is done early,  end of February should be very doable.

Way optimistic.   He'll have almost nil chance of getting an interview in Feb unless they open a boatload of appointments.   2.21 only has 36 available as of today

YMMV
