Hello everybody,

VSC just posted a new timeline for the I751. It says November 1, 2006. I know this is wrong because there are a lot of people with 11-15-06 and 11-22-06 NOA's who were approved 2-6 weeks ago. My NOA date is 11/28/06, anyone else with I751 NOA's between 11-25-06/11-30-06 from VSC? Have you heard anything recently about your application?

(Edited because I thought I fell in that period, but I don't! I actually didn't know my NOA was dated so late when I filed in November!!)

No word at all. I'll let you know when I do though, that's for sure! I'm pretty anxious with only an almost-expired passport as my link to both Canada & the US, and want a new PR card quickly!! Good luck to you!

Jan. 6 2005 -- Approved!

Jan. 9 2005 -- Living in the US

Jan. 24 2005 -- Welcome to America letter received

Jan. 29 2005 -- Green card arrives! (15 business days after entry)

Feb. 3 2005 -- Gainfully employed

Feb. 7 2005 -- SS card comes in mail (re-applied in person Jan. 25 after DS-230 application resulted in nothing)

Nov. 27 2006 -- filed I-751 to Vermont

Jan. 08 2007 -- received I-551 stamp received from Boston with Infopass appt (card expired tomorrow, no NOA; they took my green card :( )

Jan. 10 2007 -- NOA received (figures!! Dated 12/21/2006)

Jan. 11 2007 -- biometrics appt letter (Dated 01/05/2007)

Jan. 20 2007 -- biometrics done in Boston

WOW they jumped two months since the April 18th posting.

There has been several 10 year green cards given out the last couple weeks to people who have filed in November on this site. If they have not cut and run, may be they will say something. Of course, if my wife got her card, we will be off line celebrating until we file for citizenship :lol:

05/02/07 Check finally clears my bank - appears to have been processed on 4/30 by VSC (day 30)

05/04/07 Received BLUE Finger Print Receipt Notification (day 32)

05/17/07 Received NOA1 dated 5/9/07(day 45)

05/18/07 Received ASC Appointment Notice dated 5/14/07 for June 1st (day 46)

06/01/07 Biometric Appointment today @ 2:00 (day 60)

06/03/07 "Touched" (day 62)

10/26/07 "Card Production Ordered" (217 days from the day the application received and 172 days from NOA1)
