Yes I did get approved!

So some info--

Our I-130 was approved in 188 days from NOA1.

as of yesterday (i kept a daily tracking spreadsheet) VisaJourney  adjudication estimate was  between  sept 7 - sept 21, which had been steadily tightening from  a sept14 - oct 10  estimate in mid July.

VJ timeline data shows TSC taking an average of 232 days from NOA1 to NOA2, but you must remember that this is an aggregate of user data and will include outliers of those who successfully expedited, those who were issued RFE's, and those whose petitions have been unfortunately delayed.  I think as the electronic cases start swinging in, this data might get skewed tremendously as they get processed so much faster.

Igor's List, which can be found in the processing status here, was very helkpful in keeping track of trends and the range of dates members were being approved.

If you are a February filer--- there is a lot of reason to be optimistic for the next few weeks.  And March people ought to start getting antsy also :D

Thank you for this information. Hope your stuff goes smoothly at every stage.

Hi everyone. I’m gonna try to keep up with y’all acronyms lol. PD: July 15th, 2019 for Spouse. NOA1: July 17, 2019. My case number begins with IOE and I hope what I’m hearing is true, that IOE’s are being processed in about 2-3 months due to the new system. Regardless, keep the faith y’all and pack your patience! #34daysin

I just wanted to add to this that the estimates on VJ don't take into account outlier cases or cases where dates are clearly inputted incorrectly.

Also, congrats on being approved!

Texas has approved cases that were filed on Feb 12 and 13! Hopefully this week

But DCF does not have NVC stage.. but mostly those profiles have. So bit confused.

The timeline tool does not differentiate between regular and DCF I-130s.  Most folks put a date in to turn the boxes blue.

Country for i130 spouse beneficiary shouldn't be a factor .. (well hopefully not)

something that sure can help is calling uscis on repeat, sending email just somehow compel them to bring your file up a bit.

Country doesn't matter for I130 approval but Texas has started approving February filers so you should hear something soon!

The only thing that will "bring your file up" is requesting an expedite and having it be approved. Please do not call them on repeat, it takes the rep's time away from helping people with actual issues that can't be solved without a rep.

Calling USCIS doesn't help unless there is an issue with your case or you're outside of normal processing, and even then it'####### or miss. At the most they might be able to tell you what stage your case is at, but it's not going to do anything in terms of speeding up approval.

Here, many of them has applied both CR1/IR1 and K3 together. So my question is does applying K3 helps in getting CR1/IR1  approval faster?? Or USCIS looks both differently?

DCF should always be the fastest.  K3 are processed stateside.  Our DCF was done, end to end, in just over 100 days.
