Not yet.. My Fiance just called this morning and they still have not received it ughh...

How did you know it arrived? By just calling?

I know the wait can be very frustrating because I have been there.  There are some people that get a case number in 10 working days after their NOA2 approval and there are others that took close to 2 months and I think maybe more.  Understanding the process can also be frustrating.  You have to try your best to be patient.  In my case my approved petition sat at USCIS for 2 weeks before it was shipped to the NVC.  Why did USCIS sit on it for 2 weeks?  I don't know and I didn't ask and I bet there are numerous reasons.  I don't like this term but "IT IS WHAT IT IS".  It took a total of 23 days to arrive at the NVC. In the future if someone asks "how long will it take after NOA2 approval", I will tell them it's best to think worst case scenario of 45 - 60 days after NOA2 approval to your consulate.  After NOA2 approval it will be shipped to the NVC and processed then shipping from the NVC to your consulate is done every other week.  You will see some are lucky and there petitions make it to the consulate fast and some are not so lucky.  Patience is bitter but its fruit is sweet (Jean-Jacques Rousseau).

What happened to his taxes?

My fiance filed his 2018 taxes and received the tax return (whatever you call the response from irs) unfortunately is the wrong address.. He have not received response yet regarding on how to fix it

Nothing bad happened. He was visiting me for Xmas and the New Year and I-134 he brought was based on 2017 taxes. Now that he filed new taxes we have to update the I-134. Sort of double work

Congrats Jay, on the thing finally making it to NVC !!    Did you get case number yet?

I completely concur with Jay's message above.   I'm in the same boat he was.....I'm on day 17, and when I called last week, they told me they have not even sent it yet.  Kinda frustrating when the notice says "we have sent your application to the NVC".   Why in the world don't they simply send them?   I've posted this before, but will post again........this is VJ's graph on how long from NOA2 to NVC.

Yes we called once a week for a while, then twice a week. It finally arrived 42 days after noa2. The phone rep was all excited to tell us that our case had just been scanned into their system a few hours prior haha. I got the case # when I called back the next day

received this today. what do they mean with “your petition is currently awaiting data entry into our local system”? how long do you think it would take?

can we prepare the documents needed for the beneficiary’s interview now? so that it’ll be ready when that day come. (of course except ds-160, right because i cannot fill up that yet without “ready” status)

in this site,

what are the documents needed for evidence of support?

and what is DHS document?

thank you for your help.

Is she doing the interview at the Embassy in Manila?  If so, to the best of my knowledge you can do the DS-160 now and just hold on to it.  You will schedule the interview when the CEAC site says "ready".

Correct.  When CEAC has "READY". status.  thats when you can pay at the BPI and when the payment posts (24-48 hours), thats when you can schedule the interview.  I seen the  following  information 2 days ago.  It's the days of the interview and the number of slots available.  Interviews for K-1 visas are only on Thursdays.

2/14- 41

2/21- 152

3/7- 0

3/14- 33

3/21- 115

That is a bit confusing.  Call 603-334-0888 and ask them.  They will tell you definitely.
