Try to hang in there.  Mine took 23 days

Mine took 64 days to get a NVC case number it’s sadly different for everyone

Did your case ARRIVE at the NVC? If yes, that is extremely fast.

 

Ours took 6 FULL WEEKS (for no apparent reason) to just be received at the NVC. I'd relax and just call once a week at this point if I were you so you don't waste an hour every day on hold.

No one can say for sure when it will arrive. We have seen a few days to a few months. More of this is needed.

i am not even going to check until around Feb 22, which would be about 5 weeks from the date of my NOA2 form

 

i can be patient through this part through the rest until she is here, because for me at least, the first part was the hardest part simply due to all of the stuff i had to collect and send and the long waiting.

 

now that the wait is over and we got the approval, it was such a relief

Good luck on trying to wait until 22 February.  I think curiosity is going to get the best of you, lol

I think it's a good decision, doing everything step by step. We even did not get bored as our case took 24 days to get to the embassy after NOA2. Now that we have received the P3, I am only going to schedule the interview for the end of March and still have a lot of things to take care of. Maybe the only downside of not being in a hurry is that my fiance has to correct the I-134 with his new taxes.

15 days since NOA2, called NVC today. They still don’t have my case 🤷🏼‍♀️

Exactly 1 week ago, I sent an email to NVC - I updated our file with my email address and I asked if they received our petition. 

 

This morning I woke up to a reply from them!! Unfortunately they still didn't receive our petition yet and said the standard response that it can take up to at least 6 weeks for NVC to receive a petition. They suggested we email them if we don't hear back after 6 weeks. 

 

Our NOA2 date was January 15th. So we still gotta wait 🤷🏼‍♀️

Not yet.. My Fiance just called this morning and they still have not received it ughh... 

 

How did you know it arrived? By just calling?

Try calling USCIS and ask if they sent it out yet  !

What happened to his taxes? 

 

My fiance filed his 2018 taxes and received the tax return (whatever you call the response from irs) unfortunately is the wrong address.. He have not received response yet regarding on how to fix it

I called the 0888 number and they told me.  You are not on hold a long time with the 0888 number
