You don't because Greenbaum post's them all the time and this is something that NVC does not advertise. More info on the first page of the first post.

Trying to learn..........am I doing this correctly??   So picked up on Jan 23, and delivered Jan 26.     Is the date indeed every two weeks?

Have I completed the DHL input correctly??    I did the same for "EXP 08 JAN 2019A" and it also worked.....Departed Jan 9, arrived Jan 13.

Is the date indeed every two weeks?

Yep, we are doing it correctly.   Just to test, I entered date range from: 01-01-2019   To: 26-01-2019  (you cannot enter a date beyond today).    Then, I checked every day in January in the "Shipper Reference".......I found shipments made on the 8th and the 22nd.    So it seems it is correct that NVC does a shipment every other Tuesday and with Greenbaum's hack, we can verify it.

Now see.....that's great info right there !!!!    With an NOA2 of Jan 22, I can be fairly confident mine won't go to Embassy until Feb 19 earliest.   I can also predict when the Embassy will get our case, and get my Packet 3 on the way early.

LOL !!!   You helped a lot Hobidyali!!!    Thanks for that!

I've actually used all this information that you and Greenbaum and the others provided to work out milestones dates for each step to calculate the date we will get the visa.......April 7.

If we get lucky with the interview date, it will cut this time.   Now will be fun to track against those milestones.   I was pretty shocked to get that NOA2 so early.   Totally unexpected.

Hahahhah April 7th, you sure are in the ball . You're welcome and me also, I got it a month and a half sooner than I expected. Mine is there and should leave the 5th, I am keeping my mind off things tho, I don't obsess about this at all as I did before , it has made this process fly by.

How is he a good detective when someone tells him how it works. It would be like me telling him if he sticks finger in the light socket he could get a shock and so he goes and sticks his finger in the light socket and he gets shocked. How's that detective work?

It's highly unlikely that they will ask to see a copy of the NOA2 when they can look on their computer screen and see the details themselves. About the NOA2 it's not needed for a K1. Here is how do get one if you would like a copy.

...

Hope this makes someone feel better.

Thanks for the reply! Little less stress off our shoulders.

absolutely........not !!!   I love smart people helping out guys like me.   You are so greatly appreciated on this site.   Don't know how you do it.

I gave serious consideration to hiring an attorney to do this.   I think that would have been a serious mistake .... for me personally.  I like to know what's going on, and I like to know the information I'm receiving is accurate.   I don't think there is an attorney out there who would be as knowledgeable and responsive as guys like you.    Oh, and the attorney wanted $1500 for the I129f, which was pretty much a snap.    By the time K-1 filers are done, seems we have a MINIMUM of $2500 in the process, and then we've got the travel on top of that......which is going to be another couple of grand, unless we decide to splurge on Business.

Once you receive your NOA2 approval then contact NVC

Hey guys!

My name is Olga. I'm new to this forum, and it's my very first post.  My fiancé and I received NOA2 on 18th of January, and I assume it should be reaching NVC soon. My question is if updating an email is necessary which is mentioned at the beginning of this thread? Don't they already have an email of my fiancé which he listed when filed the form in the first place? Or should it be done separately?

I'm learning one step at a time, and I got a bit confused about notification processes starting at NVC stage. Also, are they going to send an email to my fiancé's address once the consulate in Moscow receives it? So that I know that it's time for me to prepare all the docs and make an interview appointment.

Sorry if I'm asking questions which were already answered :)

Best,

Olga
