Can I see the one you have for Lebanon? There were recently some updates on which bank to go to for MRV fee so if it's outdated, I can forward you the current one. :)

This is all I have on Lebanon and it doesn't look like much to go with but I also included the other two links of which I think you have one of them. This is what I share for Lebanon. If you have anything to add so I can pass forward to others, I'd love to hear it or have it. Thanks.

The Embassy will contact the beneficiary once the packet arrives from NVC. This is usually only a 2 day time span. Once the packet is received and additional documents are obtained email the Embassy for an interview. Between email and actual interview it will be about 2 weeks. Most emailed just before they received all docs and were able to get it done before the interview. Don’t wait for embassy to contact you, if you really want the P3 letter containing all the instructions for the interview, email them at beirutIV@state.gov.

The embassy only requires a copy of the I-134 for the interview.

Does she have the letter from nvc with the case number? If so there is no waiting. Pay the interview fee. complete the 160. get the medical done. Go to CFO and get that done. Use Hanks website that I sent you. Step by step. From the first page to last page. Everything and I mean everything is there for you to use and abuse.

All of that is complete except waiting for clear NBI on the 19th.

I'm really sorry if I stressed anyone and making @Greenbaum pull his hair out again. I am pretty sure the NVC letter with the MNL# on it that is required for the interview in the Philippines is the email from NVC with the MNL# we got a couple hours after it went in transit, not the P3. I am stupid today. :bonk:

I will for sure :) I don't think there is. I posted my medical experience in there so ill probably do the same for the interview when I get that over with! But I've noticed a bunch of people in the UK forum don't seem to know this thread exists so are a bit out of the loop when it comes to shipment updates and stuff we all talk about in here. I'd be lost without the help in this thread. It's made the whole process much easier

Hi guys so I’m waiting for our case to reach the Saudi embassy. I was able to find packet 3 that someone else posted from Riyadh. I had a few questions maybe someone will know. My fiancé isn’t a Saudi National and he doesn’t have a birth certificate but it’s a required document. Also it seems like the embassy wants all the documents collected sent to them via mail, But does that mean we still need to take the documents to the interview? And afterwards can we schedule the interview or do we have to wait for packet 4?

This is a website that is dedicated to those who are processing a visa from the US Embassy in China. I personally don't have a lot of knowledge so "buyer be where".

http://candleforlove.com/

From another VJ member who had firsthand knowledge provided this information.

GUZ takes on average 30 days to deliver P3, it is not electronic.
I can tell you that P3 for GUZ is only 4 line items
1. DS-160 Confirmation Page
2. Copy of Passport Personal Page
3. 2 Passport style photos White Background, Well Lit, 50mm x 50mm
4. Return the P3 instructions page

#4 is what prevents people in China from getting a head start, they want the instructions page mailed back with the requested documents.

http://www.ustraveldocs.com/cn/cn-iv-visaapplyinfo.asp#KVisaPetitions

P3 Letter for China:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gcrLW0OCkGfdz43tehWNmgDayJUrRTdj/view?usp=sharing

U.S. Consulate General Guangzhou when it is time to schedule an interview. K visa applicants will be notified by the U.S. Consulate General Guangzhou when it is time to schedule an interview.

An individual with an approved petition and a priority date that is current for processing (when applicable) is eligible to apply for an immigrant visa or K nonimmigrant visa. Immigrant visa applicants will be notified by either the National Visa Center (NVC)

And don't forget the help from other members here:
http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/94-china/

And the Portal here on VJ for processing in China and what to expect
http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=China&cty=Guangzhou

 or the http://www.ustraveldocs.com/cn/cn-iv-visaapplyinfo.asp

Don't waste time while you're waiting for P3, complete DS-160 and print confirmation page. Since you are from China(I provided your website for you below), go to the 2nd link below and click immigrant to register under K1 visa. After you register and enter info it should be clear on how to pay fee, make sure you print Bank deposit slip. just follow directions under Nonimmigrant Visa, but make sure when you register K1 is under Immigrant Visa.

Directions go to http://www.ustraveldocs.com/cn/cn-niv-visaapply.asp

Register(Create Account) https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/?language=English&country=China After you register make sure to choose K1 visa under Immigrant, it wasn't an option for me under non-immigrant.
