YES!!    Working fine.   The reason I mentioned that I wasn't sure if it works is these sites usually send you a confirmation that you signed up.   DHL did not.   But about an hour later, boom.......here comes the first notice.

So again, to track your shipment from NVC to delivery at Embassy on your phone, just following the link on DHL tracking site, and click "Sign up for Shipment Notifications".   On the screen that comes up, just check all the boxes and you'll get notices for any event.

@DanielPlainview thanks for the tip. I signed up as well and got an instant notification it was picked up. Sweet, no having to keep checking the site constantly. Wish it would have shipped yesterday to arrive Friday but looks like since it didnt go until today itll be Monday.

Go back and run the tracker for the previous shipment dates.   By doing that, I know the DHL delivery is typically made to Bangkok on Saturday.   They're gonna have our Packet 3 on Monday.   😁

It's all good. No difference it sitting at the Embassy all weekend or sitting at DHL. Lol So my question is, does CEAC change to ready when they receive it or is there some sort of processing that takes place first?

Hello everyone

I'm not sure if anyone will be able to help, but we got our NOA2 on 18th January and NVC have not recieved it. USCIS say they haven't sent it to them, but don't give a reason. We have been given an email address to ask NVC to research what has gone wrong, but so far not even an automated response from them.

It's so frustrating and depressing. The people at NVC and USCIS just don't seem to want to know.

Thanks

BINGO!    Actually, due to some circumstances here, I'm not even heading over to Thailand to get her until June 4.   She will have had the visa for a month or two by that time.   It's just nice to know that this first part is finished.   I don't care so much about the AOS or anything else, cuz we'll be here in the US having a blast.

Hmmm, I thought Embassy changes to Ready.   We're not waiting for Ready.   Packet 3 is going when we see that DHL package arrived.

That is an incredibly long time.  For comparision, we got NOA2 on January 18, and NVC case on Feb 14.    I checked some of the other timelines from January, and there were two that exceeded 40 days.    There seems to have been a lull toward the end of January where they were taking a particularly long time............35-40 day range.   But you're well above that.   You may have to talk to USCIS, who typically don't offer much good info.  But that might be a good first step.

Yeah, you're at the tail of the bell curve as well at 42 days.   Have you tried contacting USCIS?    They did not do me much good, but on something this old, I would think they would do something to help.

USCIS told me they hadn't sent my case either and later that day I got my case number from NVC.... In my experience, the call center at USCIS actually has no idea about the cases and when they're shipped out.... My personal advice would be to keep calling NVC.  If it's been 6 weeks, I think you can email them a scanned copy of your NOA2.

We have talked to both USCIS and NVC, but essentially the only people you can talk to have no power to help. There doesn't seem to be a way of getting things moving.

We have already emailed a scan of our NOA2, but (so far) no response, not even an automated reply.

Have you tried emailing the NOA2 to NVC? After 6 weeks (42 days however you count your time), you can contact them and send them a scanned copy of your NOA2 so they can look into it.

Same applies. You may want to try!

Do they tell you anything over the phone when you call on an update of the inquiry? They are really taking so long with cases it's insane. My guess is USCIS started approving cases so early that it backlogged NVC even further. I hope you get yours soon!
