Y’all I’m so beyond stressed out right now. So I shipped my whole package of important paperwork to my fiancé on February 27th to Tegucigalpa Honduras and i used USPS. I sent it to the school he works at. However, he said his boss at the school told him USPS won’t deliver to the school, only fedex and ups and that he’d need to pick it up at the post office “in town”. However i have no way of finding out how many post offices there are in Tegucigalpa or any way of knowing which one it will be sent to. I called USPS and the lady literally told me “he has to figure that out on his own” 🙄 anyone have any idea what i do now??

I'd just have him start calling every post office one by one, starting with the closest to the school.

nope, just got off the phone with mandy. nvc still has not received our paperwork...tomorrow will be 5 weeks since our noa2 was approved.

 this sucks

Yea nothing for us either, but we're a Feb6 noa2. Seems a bunch of people are rolling in though now, so if I were you, or anyone with a Jan noa2 for that matter, I would be calling everyday. I'm planning on calling Wednesday and Friday, and then next week I'll be calling everyday.

I would give it a day. They may not have gotten to your package yet. I called late on the 18th (Monday) and they hadn't received it. Then on the 19th (shipment day for others) they received it but no case number until the 20th. Hang in there!

Does NVC typically send petitions to embassy in the morning? Or throughout the day 🧐

Last mailing, I noticed quite a few people updating their profiles late morning.   But there were others throughout the day.

I've logged on to the status site today, to start practicing for tomorrow.   😁

You are welcome and thats the only way. He should visit  to nearest one  and they will check and tell him where it is .. you have tracking number of usps?

Yes, I have the tracking number. I’m just surprised that USPS couldn’t tell me anything. They said once it leaves the country they have no control over it or where it goes which was giving me major anxiety 😅

LOL !!    I put 'em on speaker.

I sent an email on the asknvc site asking for an update on Sunday.   The following Thursday, I called in the morning and they had nothing.   About 7:30pm that night, here comes an email with the case number.    It can change for you that quickly.
