honestly i havent even checked or called yet. i signed up for the email, but havent gotten anything back. i sent an inquiry today when i got home, so i should hear something soon i reckon

When I called NVC, the lady on the phone said even with my email logged, i won't hear anything until it ships out to the embassy. I could have swore I saw people on here get an email once their number was assigned, but maybe I'm remembering incorrectly. You still have 20 minutes, give them a call 😁😁😁

We did not get an email when they assigned a case #.  I got it by phone.  However, as our case shipped today, we both received the confirmation email of the shipment lickedy split.

Well, guess she was right then. Not sure why I was thinking they sent an email before that. Probably why only about half of people update their nvc received and case number assigned dates, they never even know when it actually happened cause they never call.

I'm trying to keep myself from calling, cause I know there's nearly zero chance they'll receive it this week and I'm just wasting my time. I'm definitely calling next Wednesday though, just to see if by chance I end up making the cut off. it'll be 3 weeks for me that day. I know it's a long shot, but I've seen a lot of lucky people get their number assigned prior to 21 days.

yes, i had to invoke my willpower not to call. Tali is always telling me things like it will happen when it is meant to be, so do not worry, all will be well. She keeps me sane.

lol, Kris is the opposite. she's already wanting to pack her suitcase and we're still at least a month out from her visa interview. 😂😂

I have two toddlers and she sees us together in videos and stuff and it's killing her that she's just sitting over there while the rest of our family is here. She's kind of the missing puzzle piece and she feels left out.

Has anyone been able to schedule and interview without their NVC tracking showing ready? I don’t have my case number yet but the website for scheduling an interview with the Honduran embassy doesn’t say anything about waiting to schedule, it looks like i could schedule as soon as his DS-160 and payment are complete.

My Fiancee just informed me that her interview was 'Approved' 3.5 hours after her interview was scheduled.
But when I check CAEC now, and as I was checking before I even heard back from her (anxiety), it tells me our case is under 'Administrative Processing'.

I don't know what to think. She says she hasn't eaten since having woken at 5AM, I told her to tell me some more details after she's eaten.

Booking that date would be too close for comfort I think. even if you make the March 5th shipment, it'll take a few days to get to the Embassy and then even longer after that until the Embassy is ready.

Oh for sure, i wasn’t gonna book that date i was just wondering how far out the next date would be by the time the embassy is ready 😩 just getting impatient at this point 😂
