I received my case number today but I had filled out DS160 like a week ago 😅 so today he finally submitted it and got his confirmation page. Now, we will pay the visa fee on Friday and, for Beirut, the system requires our case number to show Ready to be able to schedule any interview so our wait begins again lol

Yeah when I called USCIS last week the officer I talked to said it had already been sent and that it was most likely just sitting at the NVC waiting. So a lot of them are probably there just waiting to be sorted through.

If I was a closer NOA2 date I'd definitely be calling again today. I'm super excited for all you guys, awesome news. You guys will for sure be leaving on the March 5th shipment. 😁😁😁

I think that’s like worst worst case scenario, I’ve seen most people saying they got theirs in two days lol

Agreed! They told me that yesterday and today my case number was assigned. Try calling tomorrow!

For most I've seen, it's been a day or two. They also say it can take 60 days to send to NVC, but for most people it's between 20 and 30. I think they just throw out extravagant numbers to settle people down and so that they never are technically "behind".

Haha, I don't think so. I'm a Feb 6th noa2. I still got another week and a half, minimum. Unless something amazing happens there and they blow through two weeks worth of packets before next Wednesday, we'll be shipping on the 19th.

Mine finally showed up today. I assume your date expected is the same as everyone else for the 19th shipment. Are you formatting as:
