I did yes. I called this morning at around 11am and they said they hadn't received anything yet. Then around 1:40pm I received a response to an email I sent on AskNVC page on the 12th and they said they received it but no case number. And I just called about an hour ago and they said they just received it today and don't have a case number yet. So I guess I'll still call tomorrow and on Friday (as I had originally planned before the email) but now just to see if they have assigned a case number.

Ahhh gotcha. Yeah i made an email on 2/01. Im probably going to call every day or every other day to get the case #. Cant leave it up to emails lol

The routine I have going on is this:

 

(bear with me and don't look at me crazy lol)

 

Mon - call after 2pm

Tue - AskNVC

Wed - call after 2pm

Thur - AskNVC

Fri - call after 2pm

Sat & Sun - forget about the visa and sleep straight till Monday lol jk (kinda..)

 

But I set it up that way so i don't bombard them with emails daily and I still get weekly email updates. lol

Nvc just emailed me saying they sent our case to Manila! So excited. Lol. The email they attached to it is the letter he brings to st. Luke's? I'm trying to attache a picture but I can't figure it out. 😂 But the letter does have mnl number and date, our names and it's saying it's being sent to Manila.

On January 31 case returned to USCIS

On February 13 case was approved and few days later we got new NOA2 letter...

The worst is we lost 5 weeks for someones mistake and now we are waiting over again...

I was in the same boat! But I recently just received the email from NVC regarding my case status info. Did you ever email them and try to get ur case number? My case was apparently returned jan 30, but I received an email from NVC Feb 11 with my case number. I was advised that it should be ok now since that email confirms the ready to ship to a USEM

We just got our case number. We called this morning and they didn't have it, called tonight and had it! I asked when it was assigned and she said Feb 6th .... It has been mailed to Dublin today.

same here.  NVC rep i spoke with today said processing team works until midnight.   but same rep was unaware the cases are sent to embassies by mailing, and she didn't know it went every other tuesday.   so not sure I trust her on the processing team hours.

The mailing to Thailand has gone out Wednesday afternoon for the past month.  Not sure if that means we have a shot in the morning or not.
