Omg😍😍 my fiance just called nvc today and we got our case number! I checked it at ceac.travel.gov and it says that our case is in transit to the Consular Section.

My case number starts with MNL2019.... is it because im from Manila, Philippines? and that is not yet the manila case number or embassy case number for the interview?? i dont know what it’s called.. but i know that after the NVC case number we have to wait for another case number before we can proceed to the interview right??

im sorry if i have many questions cause i’m so excited and i can’t wait to be with my fiance!! ❤️

Congrats!!!!! That's such good news to hear in the morning!!!! 💕 Good luck with the rest of the way! May it go quick and smooth!

I'm curious about the flights. I read somewhere that I may want to call the airline to book the ticket for my fiance because I might encounter issues booking online. I know last year I booked her a flight to Manila and the airline put a hold on the ticket as possible fraud because I purchased it online. She had to take cash to the airline and pay. Anyone know anything about this?

It's not uncommon for the PI to encounter this. You'll here more about this over in the PI sub-forum. It's the best place to get information even if you don't think it has anything to do with the PI.

Another DS-160 question....

The form only allows my fiance to enter 2 previous jobs under employment history. However, he has more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years. Has anyone else had this problem?

You enter as many jobs as the form permits. At the end of the document is there a space to add additional information as that would be an area where you would list the overflow jobs.

Yay! So happy for you guys :) That was quite a wait.

I still can't get CEAC to work. It lags when I submit and doesn't give me any result.

Hi All,

Received our NVC number today, status is 'At NVC'. I've seen people like to do the DS-160 now, is this a requirement or can i wait until its at the consulate? Also is that the same for the fee? I'm also not sure on the link i need to go to pay the fee or is that option available at the end of the DS-160?

Many Thank

My fiancé is having surgery right now. I hate that I can't be with him 😔

Makes the long distance even harder. 💔

Could really use good news today or tomorrow. Hope to see "at nvc" change to "In transit" 🙏🤞🤞🤞

Congratulations to those who got their update of in transit!

Trying so hard to be patient.
