Really? Are you done with your interview? What to do first, pay and schedule interview and then schedule medical or schedule medical then pay and schedule interview?

Yes I passed my interview 14 Feb. Medical is walk-in no appointments. You have to pay before it will allow you to schedule your appointment, paying the visa fee is part of the scheduling process for USEM manila. Once you make your payment youll enter your receipt number on the appointment webstie and it will allow you to choose an appointment date and time. Medical can be done at any time between now and your interview. But we did ours the same week.

I was in the same boat! But I recently just received the email from NVC regarding my case status info. Did you ever email them and try to get ur case number? My case was apparently returned jan 30, but I received an email from NVC Feb 11 with my case number. I was advised that it should be ok now since that email confirms the ready to ship to a USEM

No, we didn't email them yet, but my fiance will call NVC tonight to ask if anything changed... Congrats you got your case number!! Now at least you can move forward a bit! :)

Wow congratulation. By the way, what's the status of your case in CEAC when you did your medical and scheduling of interview? "In Transit" or "Case received"? Is it ok if I do the scheduling of interview even if still "In Transit"?

I’m having trouble getting this right...can someone look up the shipment to the Russian Federation?  Not sure what I’m doing wrong!

I don't think one piece/shipment strictly corresponds to one case. At least, more than two couples here reported flipping to 'in transit' to Moscow the same day we did (just after Christmas), and only two pieces showed up on DHL. And there are a lot of couples who aren't here.

If the case number was assigned today then it takes 24 hours for the system to update to allow you to completer the payment process and scheduling.

Everything is outlined in this document. Please read before going any further so you do not make a mistake as it can be tricky. Also, you need the confirmation number from the DS-160 to complete the registration, fee payment and scheduling. Again refer to the instructions in this link:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/13njvXEkaSwRbhZUM3QrOZzU5OV3UCaiZ/view?usp=sharing

paid the visa fee on ustraveldocs and made a profile. printed out confirmation page, and ds160 page. just waiting on ceac to let me choose the agent for the application.

Greenbaum in your experience.... its never good to scheudule an embassy interview while still at the NVC stage right? best option is to wait until status at NVC is "ready".

You are the expert and I always consult you on everything lol thanks for being patient with all of us!

I called and emailed NVC today. The first 5 times I called, the automated message told me to call later. When I finally got through, I was on hold for 30 mins. Then the lady said we were not in the system yet. NOA2 date was 1/30. So I emailed them...and now we hold our breath.

and i'm sure, email them again on Thursday. right Dan?

You are just oneday before me.  Give them this week either friday or monday we ill have it as well..

Is there anyone from the 28Jan-1Feb NOA2 group that has tried calling NVC? Not one person has updated their timeline with NVC received yet, and they're at 21 days. Hard to believe because about half of people have been making it to NVC in 21 days or less.

If you have an NOA2 date between 28 Jan and 1 Feb, start calling and getting your case numbers! You are in your window.

And remember to update your timelines 👍

Called today and there is no update. I am 31\01
