Hey everyone, need some experienced advice.

I submitted the K-1 visa to the California Service Center on 04/31/07.

I received delivery confirmation from US Postal Service on 05/02/07.

My check has not been cashed and I have not received a NOA1 or anything from CSC.

How and when should I start to worry?

Any recommendations on actions to take at this point?

Thanks in advance.

No need to worry since you know if was received. They have been behind in cashing checks and sending out NOAs - sit tight, it will come.

It took us 34 days to get our NOA1, our case was originally filed at NSC and forwarded to the CSC, so I guess cases there are a little behind also!

We just got ours today, you should be getting yours soon!

Hang in there :)
