Use the USCIS my account case checker instead.

Yes, you should have your NOA1.  Please open a service request for non-delivery so they will mail it out.  That will be the tangible proof of status once the green card expires (in concert with the physical expired greencard).

Thank you for your help. We sent a service request for the non-delivered receipt.

Even using the account case checker, her case still does not come up.

We are worried that, if USCIS were to send any other notices to us, we would not receive them since they have already failed to deliver a basic receipt of getting the application. Hoping not to miss any appointments... anyone else ever have this problem?

Yes, we had the same problem. See timeline in my signature below.
I sent an e-request as soon as we got to 30 days.
We called the 800 number 2 weeks before her green card would expire, April 1.

Extension letter arrived one week later.

Am I the only one who is still waiting for an official receipt notice? Petition was received at Nebraska Service Center on January 14, USCIS claim they mailed the receipt but I never received it. I’m signed up for Informed Delivery and still nothing... I filed an e-request for non-delivery, hoping that will help... but I read that they only sent duplicates?

Same for my wife and I (it's her case, though). We also filed an e-request for non-delivery, and also read about the duplicate thing but I didn't think twice about it until you mentioned it...

If they failed to send out / deliver the original, shouldn't they be sending us something comparable to the original, if not another original? This is all so ridiculous smh Sorry to hear you're having troubles with it, too.

I believe they do send an original.  A duplicate doesn’t serve the purpose for work and travel.

USCIS might say it is a duplicate letter, but it is an original. The extension letter will not say duplicate.

If it is getting close to 21 days since you filed the e-request, I would call the 800 number. We got an confirmation e-mail 3 days later, and the letter 4 days after that.

That’s good to know, thank you! I just filed the e-request recently so hopefully I’ll get something in the mail soon. Fingers crossed!

It’s so frustrating... do you know which service center your wife’s application was sent to? Hope you’ll get that (original) notice of action receipt soon.

I highly doubt they sent that notice back in February like they told me they did, having read about other people’s experiences. But if me inquiring about it means they’ll finally send me the original notice, I’ll be happy. We’ve been waiting so long it’s a little ridiculous... :(

Hi everyone, I filed the I-751 on January 7th and still haven't received the noa. On February 20th an agent told me that it wasn't sent so he would make a request but a month later still nothing so I called again today and they told me they will make a request again because the other one wasn't answered...my GC expires April 7th so they are also requesting an info pass and they will call me within 72 hours to schedule it. This is so frustrating, I don't know what else to do, I suppose I just have to wait.

Is there anyone who is having the same trouble? I filed in Dallas and my receipt starts with SRC.

Thanks.

So I went to the Infopass appt in San Antonio which is 3 hours away from my home and the lady told me they sent me the extension letter 3 days ago but she stamped my passport just in case. So I got back home and the letter was here waiting for me...well at least I have it now and I'll just wait for the biometrics notice.

Hi guys,

I received NOA on February 1, but still haven't received a biometric letter.

My 2-year green card expires on April 12.

Is it something I should worry?

I wouldn’t worry.  It depends on your local office and sometimes biometrics aren’t needed.

Thank you for your reply.

Do you think it’s still a good idea to call uscis for this matter?
