Update: Today I got the following email response from USCIS for my e-request:

"The status of this service request is:

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records indicate your Receipt Notice was never initially ordered.  We have requested the notice be sent to the address listed in our systems. You should receive it within 10-14 business days.
"

Hoping to get my NOA1 (extension) letter soon.

That’s great news!  Probably makes you feel 100 times better too :)

I have biometrics next week, and then once that’s done, I guess just chill out for 18 months :)

This is really confusing. Need some advice from you all.

I got a letter today saying : we have mailed your NOA1, this is a courtesy copy not the official letter. It was dated Feb21. However, my case’s receive date was Jan9, I filed a non delivery on Feb8.

What should I do now? Wait for the actual extension letter?

i130 (both parents)

2021/06/04 i130 filed online, routed to Nebraska

2021/09/03 RFE received, responded within a day
2021/11/19 Both i130 approved.

Currently waiting for cases to be transferred to NVC

True. But hey at least your fingerprint is in.

I have neither of the two and is now freaking out because of my new job. The company is asking me to show proof as my current GC is expiring in first week of April.

If you have already provided proof of the unexpired permanent resident card when you started working at your new job, there is no need to provide the extension letter.  As a matter of fact, the employer should not be asking for it, as this is the law.  You can forward to your company the below links:

Don’t stress about this.

My wife completed her biometrics appointment but still no NOA1 and her GC is now expired. USCIS said over the phone that she is not eligible for I-551 stamp or InfoPass in the meantime and we just have to wait for the letter. They said if it doesn't come by March 22nd I should call them again but for now we have no proof of status. Thankfully no travel planned...

I filed 751 on 12/30, 01/04 got text message with Case #, 02/04 not received anything —-> e-request ——-> wait 2 weeks : nothing, gc almost expired, call uscis again: got infopass scheduled, ——> got stamp 551 on passport and they took my gc——> went home, got notice that receipt was mailed ——-> after 5 days got extension letter <—— but now useless without gc 🙁, so i got only 1 year extension, instead of 18 months.

Lesson: be patient guys 😞

Hi guys,

I just would like to ask if there will be any problem, if i'm going to send my I-751 application within the window of 90 days. I mean, i'm not gonna send it exactly at the first day of the opening window, i am going to send it after that one month or so.

As long as it is received in the 90 day window, you are fine.
