EAC number here. From Brooklyn, NY. I hope I get NOA before April since I’m traveling in the second half of April and will be coming back to NY when my green card is expired already in May. My status online says they received it and if they need anything they’ll tell me. No dates, nothing. Only my acceptance email said I should receive NOA in 7-10 days

06/20/2016 - Package sent to Chicago With USPS (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131)

06/21/2016 - Package delivered.(Day 1)

06/28/2016 - Checks cashed (Day 7)

06/30/2016 - Received eNotifications for all 4 forms (Day 9)

07/05/2016 - Received hard copy NOA for all 4 forms.(Priority date: 06/21/2016; NOAs dated 06/28/2016)

07/09/2016 - Received notice for Biometric appointment (dated 07/02/2016)

07/19/2016 - Biometrics appointment at ASC Brooklyn

08/03/2016 - RFIE was mailed to me

09/01/2016 - Response to RFIE sent

09/07/2016 - "Response to USCIS' request for evidence rec'd; SR for EAD

09/12/2016 - called for an Expedited EAD

09/14/2016 - Received an email saying "Application under review". No supporting documentation sent.

10/14/2016 - EAD card went in production, AP approved

10/21/2016 - Received approval by mail for AP (where's my EAD ??)

03/10/2017 - Received an USCIS Letter for interview 

04/13/2017 - Interview at Federal Plaza NYC. No paper, no result

04/29/2017 - Card Production Ordered

05/01/2017 - Case Approved

05/02/2017 - Card was Mailed to Me (called for tracking number next day afternoon

Does the case status on myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov show the "Submitted Date" for any fellow January filer ?

I saw some screenshots posted in the January 2018 filer thread where the "Submitted Date" is also shown next to the Receipt Number.

 

I get a "Validation error" when checking case status on the old website (https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do). And here is the complete screenshot of what I can see on the new website:

I have the same issue. Old account wouldn’t allow me to validate the receipt but new acct page shows exactly as yours.

Unbelievable...

 

I went online to the USCIS Case Status webpage just to check and guess what, I was able to get a status.

 

Just says they received it on 1/25 and they sent a receipt notice. If not received by 2/24 to call the USCIS contact center.

Congrats, looks like CSC is on a roll these days! Lots of Jan 2018 filers are also getting approved by CSC lately.

Cannot say the same for cases filed with other service centers (including NSC) ☹️

My lawyer advised not to go because the letter is for 18 months and the stamp might only be for a year or less which might invalidate the letter that is coming. Well he says not to worry if they already cashed the check. It seems like people who filed in mid December got their NOA in mid Jan, so perhaps we might get it early to mid Feb. My online profile says to contact them if not received by 07Feb 

 

If you don't have anything pressing, then you should totally wait till Feb7 before going in for info pass.

Just wanted to say hi. Glad to see your name again. You probably forgot, but I remember we were in the same boat with AOS 2 yrs ago :)

We are in the same boat. NY filer too.

i130 (both parents)

2021/06/04 i130 filed online, routed to Nebraska

2021/09/03 RFE received, responded within a day
2021/11/19 Both i130 approved.
