Jan 15 - check cashed

 

GC expires Mar 9

 

Hi my time line is the sameish as yours and still have not received a NOA. Did u hear anything ?

It takes a few days before it works on the myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov site.  My case number has never worked on the old uscis.gov site and still gives an error message.

I just signed up for myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov. i can now see my case status updates. Thank you.  Case recieved jan 22nd.

You and I have the same timeline. I got a text with case# EAC on Jan9 and nothing else since then. I called them a few days ago but they were completely useless. Waiting.....

i130 (both parents)

2021/06/04 i130 filed online, routed to Nebraska

2021/09/03 RFE received, responded within a day
2021/11/19 Both i130 approved.

Currently waiting for cases to be transferred to NVC

Similar case with me. My gc expires mid feb and I join a new job a week before that. Does anyone know if I don't get NOA by then would it impact my employment?
