If you included the form to get text notifications with your ROC form then you should get a text soon.

Hi!! Yes, back on the USCIS waiting game train lol

 

Our package was thick and weighed in at 5 lbs. That was after I decided to NOT send every single month of bank acct and credit acct statements - I sent every 2 mos. instead. I hope we don't get an RFE for that. Either way, if we do, I'm prepared to send every single month.

What # did you call them on? I sent my package on January 4th recieved Jan 7th and my credit card has not been charged yet. Looks like most people are getting thier payments done with 10days. Am hitting wk3 😀.

I called them this morning, twice, to find out info about my case at 1.800.375.5283. Make sure you select make an appointment/infopass to be able to speak with a human, or else you won't be able to get through. They gave me details about my application, when it was received, and case number. I haven'y received any text message nor email though, nor they cashed my check.

I didn't get e-mail receipt notice despite sending G-1145.

Anyway, I really did want the case number, so I called USCIS and they gave it to me over the phone. I called at 12:30 pm eastern time and was on hold for less than 20 seconds.

When you call 800-375-5283 you can get into an endless loop of menu instructions. To get out of menu hell to a live human, do this:

Press 1 for English. (Assuming you want English)
Press 2: Want Case Status
Press 2: Can't Locate Receipt #
Press 2: Yes oh please for goodness sake connect me to a human.

Blamo....you will soon hear a happy sounding USCIS service representative. 

The first thing they want is the A-Number. (The 9 digit number on the green card)
Then they'll ask for some birthdays, your address and you're good to go. 

Then just ask for your Case number and you shall receive it.

Mine is EAC and then 10 numbers. 

I wonder what EAC means.........??????  

I still haven't received a text message ( I attached a G1145). I'll try calling them using the above method and get a case number. Thanks!

Same as everyone else of not receiving the receipt, extension nor biometric. I got a text msg on Jan7 and have been then radio silent. 

 

I called in USCIS yesterday, took me a good 2 hours to deal with 3 different human - rep, tier 1 and tier 2.

Saving you all on the boring detail, long story short, they won't give me an info pass appointment without having biometric. According to the officer they won't stamp my passport without having finger print because I am not cleared by fbi yet. I asked if they have mailed out the physical receipt, and of course no one had an answer. Basically Im just here waiting for nothing while my new job is starting in 2 weeks

I hear you, you need a special kind of patience with USCIS😊.  I only got a delivery confirmation from USPS on 01/07 signed at some odd hr in he morning. I prepared my mind for thier inefficiencies. Will see what they say Monday😊. Already prepared for an application rejection, not that I missed anything but happens, they lose a part of the application and say you didn’t include or sign something😀
